      I orderered window treatments for 2 windows and a sliding door. The order was ready to be installed 3 weeks later. According to the company policy, they are supposed to call when on their way to the home. I recieved a phone call once he arrived. I told him someone would be there in 10 minutes. He said he would wait. Upon my friends arrival;, he was gone. We tried calling and texting him without a response. We waited one hour.since, then Ive spoken to three different people , including the salesman. All told me that I would recieve a call back to get a new installation date. Its been 6 days with no response.The window treatments have been fully paid for as well.

      We ordered blinds to be delivered and installed before our party on January 15, 2022. We were told and given our order stating it would be completed on or before January 10, 2022. We were called by the contractors, not expecting to be contacted by them, and without prior notice, we were unable to answer. After much back and forth, our order was, unknowingly, cancelled. We decided to contact them again several times since by phone but we were not able to connect with anyone. We did, however, reach them by email asking either for our original blinds with a discount for poor service or a refund on the $257.29 paid in advance. This communication took place in April 18, 2022 and there has only been silence since then.

      (Order #******) which was placed at the beginning of this year. After much issue, we received our blinds, however, one of the blinds did not fit. We contacted 3 Day Blinds about the issue and after a week of back and forth they informed us that it would be redone and installed this week. We have received word that the blinds were delivered to their contractor but the phone number provided goes to voicemail. The voicemail says that it belongs to 3 Day Blinds and not the contractor, **** Services, and that the mailbox is full so we are unable to leave a message. All we want is our blind installed.

      1. The original order which was mounted on my windows blinds were inaccurate on measurements both sides to each window covering expose the outdoors. I have asked for slats and a correction on billing with no reply.2. the additional charge of ****** reference # D-********* was never delivered to my home or installed on my billing dispute the letter states there was a delivery and ************** was send either to the installer or the sales person, I have never received the product.I need someone with a solution other than pick out a different product to reach out to me for solutions.************************* case #CAS-1183552 B1w6

      3 Day Blinds apologizes that there are ongoing issues with the order.  This is a duplicate claim that was previously responded to on 5/3/22.  3 Day Blinds has left messages for the client to discuss the order and to come to a resolution.  To date we have not received a return call from the client.  We will have a ************* representative reach back out to the client again and will continue to monitor the project through its completion.

      I ordered a shutter for my house over two months ago. The person came out to measure. I have since contacted my rep four times - texts and e-mail. Her number is disconnected. I have contacted the main number for 3-Day Blinds and inquired about the status of their business. They immediately transfer me to "somebody who can help you" and nobody ever gets back on the phone. I just now called 3-Day Blinds in Irvine, and I get the some thing - the only person that answers immediately is the order-taking person (they seem to continue to collect orders and money), and yet again, I got transferred and nobody picks up. I am now out of half the money for my order, still don't have the shutter, and I can't reach anybody. Something is fishy!!! This needs to be investigated immediately before more people get swindled out of their money.
