    ***********************. They advertise a **** 5550 laptop on ****** that, in 4 different places on the Amazon page, states it has a fingerprint reader. Upon receipt of the laptop, surprise...no fingerprint reader is installed. This is an important security feature for many people. After 3 emails to this company, *** OEMGenuine on ******, they finally acknowledged that they do not have the model with the fingerprint reader and offered me a paltry amount for my "inconvenience." I escalated the matter to ****** and the OEMGenuine informed me that I had "agreed" to return the laptop. I agreed to no such thing and I will let ****** address this issue of bait and switch. I would never do business with this this company.
