      This company **** Ticket should be remove from doing business. They have hidden charges , imposing TIPS and forcing customers to purchase travel insurance from them , r experienced staff and not giving correct information to their customers, I would never buy tickets from this company. I have a bad experience with them and lately my cousin bought tickets from them and the agent told my cousin that the check in luggage has a fee of more than $ ****** , since she is traveling from *** to ****** there is always a 2 checked in baggage of 50 pounds allowed free. Good thing we went to *********** at the airline desk and inquired , we were told that **** was lying or trying to extort money from their customers and informed us that we have 2 50 lbs. check in luggage with out a fee . Im just wondering why theres no investigation is being done and this business is still allowed to **** people.

      I'm certain the correct business was not reviewed. The complaint is about selling tickets, that's not what we do. It speaks about traveling from *** to *******, once again, not what we do. We serve legal papers, I'm afraid ****************** has selected the wrong company to review or complain about. You can go to our website www.asapserve.com to see all that we do. We do not have an ******* in our database.PLEASE REMOVE THIS INCORRECT REVIEW/COMPLAINT.

      Unprofessional complete mishandling of mine & another person's sensitive information! To throw personal documents down on the ground on property I don't even reside at, and to an individual who stated several times that she wasnt me! Saying "You've been served Bitch!" Laughing and giggling as if you just accomplished anything other than embarrassing yourself! Cause the papers left behind most deffinently are not mine! But dont worry with all the personal information to the rightful owner you left behind with me! I should have no problem getting them to they're rightful owner. Maybe I should charge you a delivery fee at that point?!?! Needless to say I have not been served anything? So I advise you to contact the court to inform them of this, as I was not properly served! Better luck next time

      ******************** was positively identified by the server because of the 2 pictures given to ** by our client. The server that served these papers to ***** ***************************** wouldn't conduct herself in the described manner, she's been serving for us for almost 10 years. What did happen was ***** ***************************** denied being herself, so we dropped the papers in the driveway because she wouldn't physically accept them (a good serve). It's kind of ironic, because this BBB complaint was lodged by ****************************/******, yet she is denying being that person. We will consider advising the Judge in this matter, to let him know the volatile nature of ***** *****************************.

      For starters you cant consider every white female with dark brown hair at A specific address to be the person your looking for! No matter how bad you wish you could just transform everyone that nearly shares similarities in appearances with the people you seek to serve! This is 2023 and just cause the rest of society wants to run around identifying as whatever they want! I however am not so delusional. The reality of this situation is that your server got it wrong! But appearances and who's who aside! The facts are that the wrong packet of papers were as you admitted left in the driveway!!!! Not my driveway, Because there is A shared easement that 4 different properties utilize. So its essentially A road! Idk how I could make that point any clearer! I've contacted that individual and informed her that her personal documents were left on the road by my house! So no need for you to let her know you've released her personal financial information for anyone walking by to pickup! She already knows! So now about My documents? What'd your server of ten years do with them? Give them to the wrong person too that day? I encourage you to inform the judge that you've falsely served an individual and then threatened said individual with possible legal repercussions through the court, for bringing this mistake to your attention! Very very professional
