      I've reached out to this company many times on several different platforms, have written several reviews all in attempts to get them to respond to the very real & legitimate mistake one of their employees has made. Such as insisting A friend was Me even after several statements saying that she wasnt Me! To the unprofessionalism and shameful behavior of the server laughing while stating (you've been served Bitch) before throwing down a packet of papers in my neighbors yard! Where she'd evidently been illegally trespassing & where she had her car parked! To make matters worse! The documents illegally left behind were someone else's! But in My contacting this company to bring these errors to their attention. I was met with threats of character defamation from the Owner/Boss in the form of them basically badmouthing Me to the judge who'd be presiding over My divorce! Attempting To alter his/her unbiased opinion of My character, before we've even had our first court appearance! Because your company has made A huge ************** want to admit to it! Even with proof of this fact. You; A professional business who handles & has been handling peoples personal, private, & legal information for the courts for years? Responds to my complaint with threats? IDK how well you know the Judge? Its A Scary thought to think someone in your position could or would do such A thing!? You consider your server of 10 years actions professional honest & what you consider A "Good Serve"! Not only is that unethical, its immoral, immature, unprofessional, and could have serious ramifications on the outcome of My case! The riggers of getting A divorce are already stressful enough without having to worry about your influence corrupting the it's outcome! You should lose your business license! I'm now considering what My legal options are! Since It's obvious that you have no intentions on amicably resolving the matter!

      *************************** received her papers. She MIGHT have also received some papers from another case, as the server had to react in a quick manner as ******** was hiding in her truck and would not accept the papers to her, server had to drop serve her. This is *************, subject was identified by a photo given to us by her ex-husband. Our client (ex-husband) also had given us this address. ******** is claiming that A) She received the wrong papers , and B) that she wasn't served the correct papers.

      Her story has changed, she called our office claiming she wasn't served, that we served the wrong person. Now she is saying she wasn't served the correct papers. Her story has changed. Sorry, we (or any other company) is are not above a mistake. She got her papers, and is grasping at straws.

      If she would just answer her door, it wouldn't come to this. This is the last BBB answer from us in the manner.
