      Have specifically used the ************** location for oil change with a tire rotation for 8+ years. At some point over the last couple of years I quit examining my detailed receipts so closely. Recently had a flat tire and the business who replaced it specifically called me out on not rotating my tires. I pulled my old receipts and realized the tech would frequently write not needed. I thought that I would kindly bring the matter up at my next oil change and reiterate that I need the tire rotation as well. As I explained the not needed comment, the person checking in my car started laughing. The person sitting next to him started laughing and nodding EXCiTEDLY as well (I am not making this up) and said, Yep, the techs try to get out of whatever work they can. Ill make sure it gets done. Really? If I cant trust you with a simple tire rotation and oil change how can I trust you with something bigger. When I returned to pick up my car they stated that my brake pads were in desperate need of replacing and they wouldnt advise driving on the car much until replaced. Am I naive in thinking this wouldve been caught sooner and not been so desperately needed had they been rotating the tires? Needless to say, I took those brake pads elsewhere. Is it my fault that I didnt catch this sooner by closely examining my receipts. Yes. Is it wrong that two people literally laughed this off as a known issue with other customers. Absolutely. Did they prove that they cant be trusted with the small stuff, so they lost my confidence on any bigger stuff. Definitely.A+ rating. Really?

      I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. I took my 05' Buick Le sabre to get a diagnostic test for my A/c an I was told that I had a wire problem I gave them permission to fix that an they did so they claim then they call an tell me that the A/c blow cold on 1 side an they asked if I wanted them to fix that I told them go ahead then they called me saying that them 2 problems was fix then they claimed that they tried to recharg my A/c an that it wouldn't work bkuz my compressor was messed up an they gave me the option to either have them order it or I go get my car an fix it myself so I decided to fix it myself an so I went an paid them to get my car so I can go get my compressor fixed an hour agreement was that they had to take the coolant out before I got my car to put the compressor on an when I'm finished getting my compressor on that they will recharge my unit for free just to bring it back up there. In the mist of all that they told me my A/C was blowing cold an that it was good to go. Until my compressor problem then they tell me that I needed another compressor so I got my car an took it to my friend that works on cars so he could put my compressor on which this 1 also was new an I took my car back up there for my recharge an they claimed they recharged my A/c an when I left there business my car was still running hot air. That's even after they told me that my A/C was working an blowing cold at first. So I called them to see why my car was still blowing hot air an they told me let it blow out an the A/c kick on an it never did so I called back up there the next day with the same complaint an they gone tell me that they was going to charge me more to see what's now going on after they told me before I took my car from their business that my A/c was blowing cold which wasn't true. I winded up having to take my car else where.

      I took my vehicle in for an inspection and asked if they could check why it is only allowing about 1/2-1 gallon of fuel in at a time. They supposedly ran a text that said the vapor canister, vapor canister vent and vapor canister purge solenoid should be replaced. The cost $1500.00. I asked if they were sure this would fix the issue, response "absolutely". So I had them replace all the recommended parts. I went immediately to fill up to test their work, same issue. I was then told they would need to clear the lines. So I waited another 2 hours. Went with one of their employees and tried again, this time it was worse. Still did not allow much gas and splashed out on vehicle. They said they would need to drop the tank and clear those lines. They picked up my vehicle from my work, and returned later that day, supposedly fixed. A few days later when I was able to try to fill up again it did work. Two days later check engine light came on. Code said the parts they replaced have a leak. They "fixed" again. Said it was a "bad" part. A few days later I went to fill up and gas spewed out all of the side of the vehicle, me and the ground.I run run from this business and go anywhere else. I have never encountered such a nightmare.

      I do wish I was making this up but this is facts with my experience with this company. BEWARE TO ALL WOMEN WHO MAY NEED SERVICE OR REPAIR TO YOUR VEHICLES. ESPECIALLY BLACK WOMEN. Let me start by saying Im a new customer to this business and also a **** card member as the reason I picked this place for repair. If I knew I would have had to be without a vehicle for 2 weeks, and miss a whole week of work on top of the $600 car rental I had to obtain. I would have never gone this route. However, I wasnt given that luxury. What I received was excuse after excuse, horrible customer **********************, and a lack of professionalism with this company. Im not the person that likes to spend time writing reviews or blogging or let alone even calling into a call center for service. Im way too busy in my career and business to have time to waste energy on something that is supposed to be given to me. Provided Im paying for a service. I made an appointment with Sun Auto on August 10 Thursday at 9 and I waited a week since this was the first available day to schedule. My ***** is in great condition however there was an oil leak that needed to be addressed. They fixed It and my father had predicted and the remedy of the issue. Timing chain kit needed with cam seals replaced. After technicians looked into the issue ***** the associate called to confirm the timing along with other minor issues that needed to be addressed. This type Of work I knew was not one that would be a quick job, it would be 4 hours at least to perform this work. He told me the car would be ready the next day because of the magnitude of the work needed. I did understood this my be an issue. The next day I called( I would have to call to get updates . Beware over charged customer poor customer ********************** . Bad management.

      Do not go there charged us $1043.20 to repair air conditioner and it was not fixed. Charged us for a "hand made part" $159.99 which was not made for our car. It did not flex at the joint, so it would forever leak out all the ac fluid! We got the part from ******* in a week and it cost $116.00. If Sun Auto was not able to fix a ********* they should not have taken it. Sent letter June 15,2022 and have not received the courtesy of a reply. Phoned yesterday and the man could 'nt even find our name...it was misspelled in their computer. Well , the letter we sent had the work order number and invoice number on it. Manager offered me $160.00 credit after we spoke yesterday. Said he would have fixed it if we brought it back to him..Well, he could not fix it the first time, why would we trust him to "fix" it again..If your child got poisoned eating at a restaurant and the restaurant offered you a credit...would you go back?? NO WAY A reputable company would reimburse you for the BAD NON REPAIR!! $1043.20. They had our car for a month!

      STAY AWAY from Sun Auto on ***************. I had a temperature gauge indicator and check engine indicator.They started off at $3200 but said they could repair for $2700 (should have first warning sign). Had to take it back twice and check engine still on. They gave me a story about a gasket leakwhich was a lie. They replaced the radiator fan-which now comes on immediately and is loud. Bottom line is that they do not know what theyre doing and will over charge if they can get away with it!! They did not replace the coolant which lead to the vehicle overheating. Now the dealership will not even look at my vehicle due to the work done at Sun Auto. INCOMPETENT AND DISHONEST!!

      Every time my kids get there car service like oil change , tires or whatever service they do at any shop , I check the car to make sure the job was done right most of the time they do a good job in this case my daughter when to SUN DEVIL AUTO **** for oil change for the second time the first time was missing 3 quarts of oil which surprise me didn't do nothing but top it out with same type of oil they used next service before recommended miles or time for next service she went again to the same place SUN DEVIL AUTO **** , closed to home 3 min away this was 4 months apart from first service two weeks later I checked the car and its missing 3 quarts again when to the shop talked to the person in charged he called a worker asking him to check the oil he did while engine running and said its full I ask him did you just checked the oil while engine running he answer yes thats how we do it I told him its wrong he said no its not its how we do it in front his boss then he try to change his words saying no you understand wrong I was recording the conversation confront the boss he still denied proof on hand hes denying he asked what are we doing on your car then nothing I answer how can you truss when they did it two times and denied what his worker said its a really bad place to bring youre car for oil change and especially if its brakes or bigger job he did not try to fixed or do anything for me . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ESPECIALLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY MECHANICAL KNOWLEDGE AT ALL IT COULD BE A TOTAL VEHICLE LOST FOR YOU AND THEY WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AT ALL UNLESS YOU SUIT SAVE HEADACHES AND LAWSUITS.       Just had the oil changed in my wife's care, specifically because I needed a tire rotation, and I had a discount coupon. Sun Devil Auto on **************************, HORRIBLE customer **********************. They charged me for a drain plug which most places include that in the price because they're plastic and don't last. For some reason they turned off the backup camera and other convenience items. Got home and they did NOT rotate tires, called them and they said they saw a cut in one of the tires so they didn't rotate. I've checked every tire and no cuts. Will never go back to this Business for ANYTHING!! CONSUMER BEWARE workmanship is shoddy at best and they DON'T CARE!!! 0 STARS if I could.

Tire rotations are an included portion of the oil change; however, our ASE Certified technicians sometimes determine that a tire rotation may be unnecessary due to age, wear, and/or mileage.       Beside charging exorbitant prices for labor,,,,they fail to do a good job,,,,and they blamed on customer not themselves for doing such a deficient work,,,,I will never go back to this place on 7st and ******* home and thinking in taking them to court,,,,my Mexican and Spanish people,,stay away from this place!!!!
