1 starI had a super strong start with Truecoders. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and I enjoyed the small bit of the curriculum I did. I decided to request a refund due to personal life circumstances, and I made sure the request was well within the contractural limits. I was told on multiple occasions it would be done, but it never happened. Various reasons were given along the way, all of which seemed legitimate, and I truly dont want to call anyones character into question. Again, everyone was so friendly even during this process. But after 6 weeks of waiting, they stopped replying to my messages, so I resulted to disputing the charge on my credit card. Even if every reason for the delay was legitimate, if you really prioritize customer service, you will find some way to keep your end of the contract. If the payment processing service was down (as they said it was), they could have mailed me a check for all I care. ***** would have been fine too. They actually offered to Venmo me the refund if they couldnt get it sorted out. But when I followed up, I was ghosted, removed from the server, and havent heard anything since then (that was a week ago).I think Truecoders has a great program at a fair price, but I am baffled that it ended this way. I was enrolled in the software engineering self paced course i faild my final exam 2 times after that they ignored to review my third attempt they never siad they had a limit of 2 grading attempts they simply ignored me after that and not to mention their course if for people with some knowledge its not for people who start from zero they got my money and ignored me after that.

The final project you submitted was ineligible for grading because you used a drag-and-drop application to build it; you didn't build it from the ground up with actual code. If you would like to create another final project, one that meets the criteria, then we would be glad to review it and administer your certification of completion, but until then, we cannot, in good faith, do that. Feel free to reach out to us again on Discord to get a review meeting set up.
