    ** **** *** ******** *** ************ ********* ** *** ******** ****** I placed my order on 2/3/24 and heard nothing from Amazing Canvas Prints. There claims of having a customer service that will respond to order inquiries is a flat out lie! I've left them 2 voicemails, sent an email their called "customer service team", and also sent them a message via the contact form listed on their website. * ********* ******** **** **** **** ****. **** ********** *** *** ** *** ********* ***** ** * ******* **** ** ******** ******* Now I have to figure out legal steps I can take to get my close to $*** back from them. ** **** ***** ** ****  This is ridiculous and I will use them again.

    It's been three weeks since I placed an order with this company. Other than the automated confirmation email, I have not heard anything from them, not even for my email and phone call when I tried to get the order status.     Trying to return a print for bigger size. They do not return phone calls or answer emails

    Ordered 2 extra large prints (order number #*******) They shipped one, charged my credit card for 2. Called numerous times to company left messages, emailed numerous times to company, never heard a word from them. Contacted credit card company to dispute the charges, Amazing prints claimed product was shipped, yes, it was shipped, only 1 of the 2 prints though. credit card company could not hold back payment because they did have a signature on the ONE print that was actually shipped. Amazing Prints Kept nearly ****** dollars of my money, never contacted me, and I still do not have the 2nd print I have paid for. *** *** **** **** *** ********** ** ** *** ***** ** ******** ******* *** ********* ** **** ******** * **** **** ** ********** ***
