    I placed my order with Amazing Canvas Prints on February 3, 2025. Over 20 business days ago. Order #*******. Purchase price $******. Delivery to my house in the US. At 20 business days and counting, I have yet to receive ANY proactive status updates from the company. Nor have I received ANY form of response from them to the NUMEROUS attempts I have made (phone calls, emails, and website customer service form) regarding my request for order status update. 100% no communication from them other than the initial thank you email for giving them my money on Feb 3, 2035. **** ****** ** **** * **** ******* ** ** ******** ***** ** ******* **** ***** ********* * ** *** *******. Shame on ****** and ***** (Amazing Canvas Print). The following are blatant false statements and lies from their own website: “We will reply to your request as soon as we can. Usually in about 24 hours.” This is a lie. “It may take an average of 3-5 business days for processing/printing. Shipping can range from 3-6 business days thereafter for domestic orders.” “6-11 Business Days” This is a lie. “We offer all of this while providing excellent customer service and friendly support.” This is a lie. There is no customer service. “Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you in any way we can.” This is a lie. They wont respond to me.

    I ordered a print from them for over $*** cost. I received notice it had been shipped, but them discovered they shipped to an incorrect address that they made up somehow. I was extremely careful to ensure the information I entered was correct when ordering. Now the package is being held by *****, and Amazing Canvas will not answer their phone, call back from left voice mails, not respond to multiple emails. I stumbled upon a text support number, and someone finally replied but they have fine nothing to resolve the issue. ***** *******

    The customer had entered a wrong shipping address when ordering and only contacted us after it was shipped. We did get a new and proper address and sent out a replacement. This has been solved and a total false claim and complaint.

    I placed an order on line for a beautiful framed canvas on May 23, 2024. I’m able to see where the order is placed on their website shows paid and unfulfilled. Processing time they claim 10-15 days or close to that range. I gave them longer to process before I ever emailed or called and have never received a response and all calls go straight to voicemail. If they can’t process the order I’m ok with that but they can’t just keep my $*** that their website shows paid. I waited a long to place this order and now i can’t talk to anyone about my order. Order # *******

    Thank you so kindly. If more time is what they needed I don’t have a problem with that at all. I truly waited a very long time to order the canvas and truly want it but no one will communicate with me from this business. I’m 68 years old and I’ve never had this happen in all these years. It’s very sad and disappointing to me.

    The transaction occurrence was on 10/13/2023 for the amount of $******* The item was delivered to the incorrect address by *****. I made multiple attempts to contact the merchant to resolve the issue with no success. Any and all phone call attempts went to voicemail, Emails sent were also ignored. Finally made contact with the merchant via social media to which the merchant stated they are sorry for the inconvenience and will have to investigate the matter with ******  Over a month later since this message was sent and acknowledged, the merchant refuses to respond back over social media and has left my message on read status. I have tried to file a claim with my bank although the claim was denied.

    There is nothing open about this ***** claim. We delivered to the address that the customer entered when the purchase was made. He made a chargeback ******* stating that he never received it. We sent all our evidence to the Credit Card company proving delivery to the exact same address that matches credit card's registered address and that case was resolved in our favor.

    I paid the company about $****** never got a response about when anything was supposed to be shipped never got tracking never heard back via email text message phone call I'm still trying to process a refund since Christmas is coming and there is absolutely no information whatsoever

    Ordered on the 16th and it was delivered on the 31th. AS POSTED ON OUR WEBSITE DELIVERY TIMES CAN BE 12 WORKING DAYS. Customer also received an email with these times. Please close this case
