    In June 2024, my elderly parents contracted to have their home resided and gave the company $3,000 at signing. They were informed that it would take approximately one and one-half weeks to complete the job once the materials were ordered and delivered. Weeks passed and then turned into months with no work done. The company repeatedly stated that the materials were on order but were coming from a Canadian supplier and that was the reason for the delay. At the beginning of October, my father called the Canadian manufacturer and asked why there was a 4 month delay in getting the materials to Wheeling Distribution Center. The Canadian manufacturer checked and said that Wheeling Distribution Center was not on their list of distributors and no order has been placed. Approximately two weeks later, a crew of two men came to deliver some of the materials and begin work. After a few intermittent weeks of work, approximately 1/2 of the siding was installed. The company issued excuse after excuse as to why the workers had such erratic and sporadic work schedules. It is now December and my parents home is left in a state of disrepair with huge tarps draped across their windows since October! This issue needs to be addressed immediately.
