      Purchased a game (THE *** *** EXPERIENCE) online from Gaming Paradise ****************************. At first they communicated that I could get an exchange and they would send a return label to me. After that nothing. They stopped responding period. I told them that I would file a complaint and then they responded they have emails and everything. I told them I do not have anything from them and then asked for a return label to sent and again nothing. Emails sent Feb 27, 2023 email to them with a response from them Feb 28, 2023 email to them with a response from them March 2, 2023 asking for return label. No reply from them March 6, 2023 following up email to them. No reply from them March 8, 2023 following up email to them. No reply from them March 9, 2023 following up rmail to them. No reply from them March 12, 2023 following up email to them. No reply from them March 14, 2023 following up email to them. No reply from them March 15, 2023 following up email to them. No reply from them March 21, 2023 following up email to them. No reply from them April 6, 2023 following up email to them. They replied with they sent return label nothing. I replied same day and no reply since. I would like my money back at least from them to avoid any other dealings.

      I ordered product from them on October 12 2022 with an expected turn around of 10 business days. It is now November 23 2022 and I have not recieved any product. My order number is ****. I've left several emails at their help center and have not heard anything back.
