    March 11, 2023 we signed a contract with this company, attached document, for a retaining wall, gravel driveway and tree removal. The caps to finish the job had to be shipped. A second contract was drawn up, attached, for him to recieve final payment and come back to place caps on. The wall is leaning and causing a large risk for our vehicles and/or lives if near it. When contacting Bruce he stopped answering our calls and saying he is not available to put the caps on. We have had multiple contractors assess the wall and it is built wrong by all means. We contacted the insurance Bruce provided us and it expired in October due to missed payments.

    The retainer wall was not done wrong it is still standing in the same spot that it was it's not leaning the customers very unhappy because they want it extra work done that I refuse to do because it was not in the contract The second contract that I done says that if I'm available in the time frame when the Caps came in they were satisfied when the walls was being put up and they were satisfied for a few weeks

    Rejecting his response. The wall was improperly constructed not following the wall ************s construction guidelines and practices. The wall has moved and is past vertical.

    The wall never moved at all.. I looked at it yesterday it was still in the same spot that it was in when it was put up..

    ******** guidelines that's just a company that wants to tell you what you want to hear and get paid to tell you that the guidelines it's just a guide the wall was put in correctly customers just upset because I refuse to put in a patio that they insisted I do that was not in the contract and other miscellaneous things that was not in the contract my company put in a second retainer wall and was never paid for that was not in the original contract
