- If customers are not satisfied with their product, they can return the product within 30 days of receipt and before December 25. The product should be returned in new and unused-condition inside its original packaging with no writing on the outside of the box. All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, less any applicable return shipping costs. A credit will be issued to the customer upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item.
