      Installers were on time with scheduled appointment. They took care to protect our flooring and bathroom sink. All prep work was done outside. They kept us informed of what they were doing, why they were doing it, and put up with my husband very well!!! They went above and beyond in correcting any previous work that was not done correctly. They did all clean-up work and were very pleasant.

      I hired Mad City to replace my 3yr old 1 piece molded shower in master bath , definitely not the type shower a master bath should have . Mad City did amazing job from start to finish . Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. Installation day was very good , Dylan was knowledgeable and professional, keeping me updated through out the process . I would definitely hire Mad City without hesitation again . Money spend well worth the end result .

      Windows are not what we were told they would be. The windows have been replaced at least three times over the last two years. The quality of the windows is substandard and I question Mad Citys ability to deliver a defect free sash. MAD CITY appears to just be delaying us on resolving all the issues with their product. Their communication is horrible as we have had to reach out to them on every occasion as to replacements. I believe we have more than patient in hopes they will resolve the issues with their windows. By reading reviews maybe it is time to start a class action suit on this company

      Very nice work installing 10 windows in one day! Turned out great no leaks, moisture, or issues through the winter. Would recommend to others for sure!

      I had Mad City remodel my bathroom to demo and replace the existing bathtub and surround with a large shower enclosure featuring S-curve sliding glass shower doors and Kauai shower head. I needed an easy access, unobstructed walk-in shower as my periodic bouts of severe arthritis prevented me from bending and lifting my knees to get over the edge of a tub. I was afraid of falling and slipping when trying to get over the edge of the tub. The crew from Mad City did excellent work installing my new shower enclosure. Everything works perfectly and I so enjoy simply walking into and using the shower every day. It is so easy to get in and out and so roomy to move around when I need to sit and stretch my legs. The fixtures and materials used are top quality. The installation workmanship is detailed and of high quality, even down to how neatly and carefully the guys applied the caulking. This installation was done almost a year ago and everything still looks new and continues to work very well. The crew was very courteous and polite, explained the entire installation process to me, answered all my questions, and kept the work area very clean. I would definitely use Mad City again when it comes time to remodeling my other bathrooms.Job No.: ******

      We had our windows replaced a little less than 2 years ago.. the process was chaotic, unorganized and over all poor customer follow up. We have had many issues leading up to this date with our windows/screens. It is hard to get in contact with someone who is capable of assisting in a timely manner. I currently have a screen that is out one of my windows from over 3 wks ago with no communication since. I have called multiple times still nothing has come about. Very frustrated customer. The company sold us a dream but the process has turned out to be a nightmare.
