    Very very bad communication. I called them to cancel the subscription several times. But they try to delay the service and make fake statement about no response from callback. They are very reluctant to proceed the request even I am under the other carrier service now. What I am asking is to stop the charge to my credit card. Yung L.

    Do not use iTalk Global Communications! Automatically charge the annual fees! Some of departments need to be take them as control! No refund, and told you have to cancel it 15 days before the expired! Worst company! DO NOT USE IT!

    Eaely this month, I found my credit card was charged with a Chinese TV fee, $59.99, I called the iTalkBB and found out that I was charged the fee for 11 years. My parents visited me from China in 2012, during the time(several months), I ordered the internet Chinese TV for them, the TV service no contract, paid yearly. After my parents left I never use it and also didn't renew it. They kept charging me, I didn't notice it because I also use their phone service. I asked them to cancel this year service and refound back to me, the refused. Any way I canceled both Chinese TV and phone service. I requested to transfer my phone number to Tmobile, but Tmobile ported the number 4 times and didn't success, after many times calls both Tmobile and I, we figured out they didn't link my phone number with my home address. iTalkBB is so bad.

    Dear Mr. Jack F***, we feel sorry for your unpleasant experience. However, you should have called us to cancel your TV service if it's no longer needed, otherwise you would be charged if you didn't do so just like any subscribed services from any providers. No secret. You can port out you home phone number anytime, but again you should contacted us for assistance if you encountered error.

    To Whom It May Concern: Sept. 14, 2022 This is a complaint letter regarding iTalk Global Communication, Inc. located at **** **** ***** **** ***** ** ************ ** ***** which has refused to handle my account cancellation. On August 25, 2022, I cancelled my iTalkBB account (Acct ID: 7514692)) under the name of Jiunn-Der W*. Based on the request from iTalkBB, the phone adapter device was returned by USPS Priority Mail (Tracking # 9505 5158 7224 2241 7867 13) on August 29, 2022 (see attached receipt) and confirmed by the USPS that it had been delivered to their Springfield, VA address (see attached USPS confirmation notice). We also called the USPS office and was assured that the device was delivered to the proper location. Despite our repeated attempts to communicate that the device was delivered as per their request with proof of delivery, iTalkBB continues to insist that the device was not found and refuses to cancel our account officially. We strongly believe that the loss of the device is due to the mismanagement and ignorance on the part of iTalkBB. We would like to file this complaint letter with the Better Business Bureau about this incident. We would suggest that iTalkBB cancel my account officially and refund us any charges after August 25 (our requested date of cancellation of service) immediately.
