Trinity was the service provider that did the pre-wiring for our new build ***** home in **************. We had a lot of work done by them and overall have had a great experience until recently. We had an HDMI cable pre-wired to not show cords around the TV. That HDMI cord they used has since melted around the connection point and no longer works. Since Trinity decided to be cheap and lazy and staple the cord to the interior wood during install instead of using a tube or some other mechanism that would enable you to pull the cord through to replace it, there is not easy solution to fix it. Instead of offering to fix it or providing a discount on repair, or taking any type of accountability, they stated this is how they install pre-wirings even though I know they do not do it that way anymore, probably for this reason. They told us that the only thing they can do is convert the old connection spot into a new HDMI using a device that costs ********+ and that we would also have to pay labor which would be at a minimum $500 more dollars. So due to their laziness and cheap wiring, if I want to fix it, I will have to pay over $1000, which does not include the $500 or so I paid for the initial prewiring. Ridiculous.

Hello! This customer bought a home through a builder (***** Homes) and we are subcontractors to the builder, and we complete low voltage work based on that builder standards. We must follow builder standards as we work for them, and it is not part of the home contract to add conduit (aka a tube) for HDMI prewires for this builder. We install over 1000+ HDMI'S a month for this builder and never have any issues. This work was completed back in 2021 and the home is out of its 1 year warranty from both the builder and Trinity, as again we work for the builder. When the customer contacted us we did offer a solution that would be at the customers expense, since again, this home is out of warranty. Once an HDMI is broken it cannot be fixed, we can add a balun kit or re run a new HDMI, again, either option is at the customers expense as the builder will not cover this cost.

My alarm system has not been working since March of 2023 and they’ve been constantly billing me for a service I haven’t been working and I talked with a supervisor and she’s telling me they’ve been contacting me about the issue but I’ve never received any communication about the issue with the system.

Please see records below: 09/25/2020: Began Service 10/14/2023: Last payment received and only 2 payments received in 2023, has been 90+ days overdue since 2021. Currently has a balance for $364.92 and has unpaid invoices going back to May 2023. October 24 2023: Customer contacted us to schedule a service call for their security system camera. Trinity let her know we could service cameras and scheduled service for 11/04/2023, per customers request, since she could only be available on a Saturday, however she was instructed to pay any invoices that were past due before scheduled service. Customer then rescheduled that appointment 11/24/2023, however never paid any past due invoices. We have reached out 5 different times (called, emailed and texted) since that date to reschedule with no response. Finally on 12/11/2023, the only response was via email about cancellation, we emailed back and called to get details and process everything and customer has never responded. This has not been resolved due to lack of customer response.

Had to work with Trinity for house wiring as the only option from builder for new house, went with option for Monitoring system. That was awful decision made by me. They do not have contact number to speak to, all they have is number with text only and no one responds to it except if you are trying to sign up for service or getting quotes. Once you have signed up and give them your bank/card details to charge, they treat you as trash. They have messed up the smart wiring in the home, had to schedule multiple times with Verizon for setting up the home mesh system for internet. It takes days to weeks to get a appointment from them. Also beware of their charges as they try to overcharge you. I have started my service on June 5th 2023 but got invoice from May 9th 2023. When tried to reach them about it, they do not respond to the text messages. Have to spend half your day with them to discuss issues what a wastage of time. The system they provide is old and below par for what they charge, no proper alerts nor video recordings. The video door bell they provide is from alarm.com and only records 30 secs when a motion is detected and goes silent for 3 mins with no option to record live view. Will be submitting a review for alarm.com as well, not sure if they own it or is dealer for them. With half the amount they charge, one will get lot better options and far far better service with any other top monitoring services.
