    I bought Wise Security for my home and enjoyed it but realized I didn't need the service any longer. The sales person put me in a 5 year contract without my knowledge and the only way to get out of the contract is to pay the remaining balance for a system I haven't used in 2 years. Their team is completely unwilling to help.If you look online there are countless of other individuals who were also swindled into a 60 month contract without their knowledge.

    There is an agreement on file with their signature and the pre-call clearly asks if she understood she was signing a 60 month agreement and that she had 3 business days to cancel to which she replied in the affirmative to both.

    Stellar service! I couldn't be happier. As a single mom of a young son, our home security is paramount to me. Recently, I went through a few months of super hard times, and my system failed in the middle of it all. To add a layer of WTF to my situation, the salesman who sold me the system a couple of years ago, showed up at my door without an appointment and was acting a bit strange (strange enough that I wouldn't let him in the house) and telling me that **** wasn't going to be covering residential customers any longer. I called to inquire and found out they still cover residential, that the salesman was no longer working with the company, and that they would send someone to look and get my system back up and running. Two days later, not just a tech but a director came and got my system situated and my home secure again. He was genuinely friendly and knowledgeable. I am relieved the situation wasn't hard to fix, and the Wise staff were incredible. Thank you!

    I am incredible disappointed in the service provided from this company. We were sold from the door-to-door salesman in our newly developed neighborhood. The company was trying to get in with the builder and told me that we are not obligated to any contract with Wise. He said it will just be a month to month payment and that I can leave at any time. It was only about $70 a month and thought what they were offering was worth the value. The security system was not worth the value at all. We decided to move out of this neighborhood and called to cancel our service when a rep said that we signed a ***************************** a recorded call and was told it was going to be over $2000 to cancel our contract. Our sales rep had informed us that when we signed the contract all he had to do was go to the office and let them know of the deal that we had arranged and that the contract we were signing is only something to pay for 60 months and that after the 60 months were up, we would just have to renew our service. He also told us that if we wanted to cancel our service it would just be $200. They don't service the location we are moving to and we would still have to pay the $2000ish. I'm going to make sure all of my friends and colleagues know to never do business with this organization and that they are fraudsters and manipulative in nature. They don't try to help they customers at all and don't find any sort of solution for any problem. If you buy a home and want a security system, don't use Wise. Again, they manipulate you into thinking their service is great. It's not. You're better off using the $70 a month on something else. In fact, I'm going to feel safer with no security system in place when we move. Very sketchy, beware of sales reps ******** If they knock on your door, don't answer or better yet waste their time like they waste their customers time.

    First I am definitely not happy with this company nor their products that we have installed in the home . We havent used it in over a year except a few times but we dont use due to faulty alarm sounding . It would say a door was open when it wasnt or we wasnt home and the alarm would go off around the same time 2 nights in a row . We are really struggling right now . We have gotten a divorce and selling the house due to loss of jobs and cant afford the mortgage any longer . My ex tried to call to cancel before when the system was giving faulty readings . They said we would have to pay $2000 to cancel. We was not told the cancelation would be that much that it would be $200 to cancel . If we cant make mortgage payments and everything else due to loss of jobs how are we supposed to pay the 2k cancellation . We are struggling here and refuse to pay the 2k cancellation .. we need to cancel due to moving out of the house . I will continue to let any of my family and friends know not to work with this company .

    Here are the customer notes from our CRM from calls into our call center from this customer :3/5/21 - Late payment.3/10/21 - **** center received a call from ******** to update their payment information.11/5/21 - Late payment.11/12/21 - **** center received a call from **** to update their payment information. Customer also was getting false alarms from zone 4, which was a glass break. Tech support worked with **** and it was determined that their dog barking would set it off. This was removed from their system at the request of *********4/2/22 - **** center received a call from **** about terminating services. He was informed that their agreement was through September **** and if they wanted to terminate services prior to that they would be responsible to pay the remaining portion of the agreement, quoted at $2,794.57. He was asked why they were looking to terminate and the information provided was it was due to a job loss. A hardship month was offered for the month of April 2022 which **** agreed to and he was informed that if he needed to utilize an additional one the following month to reach out and see what we could do at that time.4/4/22 - Hardship month 1 of 3 was provided for April 2022, with a payment being skipped.We have done everything possible to help this customer with system situations and hardship. We will continue to give top line service to this customer and continue to help in any way we can.

    Salesmen ***** did an awesome job, wish it was in our budget I would recommend listing to the sales men
