    I think this company is very unfair when it comes to employment. They take advantage of our time and efforts just to disqualify us from a job we actually wanted. I worked hard to prepare myself for this job. I spent money I didn't have to be prepared, meaning other people spent money to help me prepare and be ready. I understand the requirements and policies but it's very messed up system. Most of the time we think once we are done with training we move on to the actual job. That's what training is for, right? so you will know the job. Unfortunately, I guess this isn't the case. They tell you that if you don't meet the ** average your disqualified. Kinda if messed up to expect humans to operate like a robot. We are flawed and we make mistakes. We should not have to feel less about ourselves or feel like we can't work due to this modernized way of thinking that we can Perfect and super fast at anything. It's never going to happen. Its a contradicting world as well as the workplaces we have to endure and the people involved. The ** were very rude in a way. They get upset because we asked questions but how are we supposed to get better if we can't get help?. I really wanted this opportunity. I'm someone who does want to work. That's not enough though, obviously
