      If you need a data recover. avoid this company. is not a reliable and not provide with the current info. --------------------------------------------------On Nov 3, 2023, at 6:08 PM Hello A Just wanted to reach out to clear up the miscommunication. I had requested an update from the engineers for you on 10/25, and at that moment they had stated that we had the drive back to the point of imaging so I didnt question it. But when I followed up with them to get an update on your case yesterday, they had apparently pulled up the wrong case (Im guessing) when they gave me the previous update last week. Was a miscommunication on our part, and I do apologize. But I promise you I am checking into your case multiple times a week, and they are honestly working as quickly as they can. As drives are getting more and more complex, it requires more and more work to recover the data when they do end up failing. We can only give educated estimates when it comes to timeframes for recovery. Like *** explained, our engineers literally have to create a complete mapping of the architecture of every drive we work on, some issues are simple, some are more complex. This is considered a top tier difficulty case. But our engineers are genuinely good at what they do, so if the data is still recoverable, we will get it back for you. Please just be patient with us. Warm Regards --------------------------------------------------------Im sorry to inform you that were failing the recovery. The **** itself is physically damaged from the break and cannot be read. There are no charges for our efforts as our work is guaranteed. The drive is available for you to retrieve at your convenience.

      This type of review is typical of someone trying to blame their data loss on anyone else other than themselves. We believe it's possible that this client is trying to redirect and project fault away from himself as there is possibly other parties that *** have a stake in the lost data. We are NOT responsible for the device damage, data loss, downtime or loss of business. We worked on this project in R&D for 8 weeks trying desperately to interface and recover the data from a physically broken, monolithic NAND device and unfortunately, failed in the end. This client was given status updates on a regular basis and was NOT CHARGED A SINGLE ***** for our extreme efforts as we stand by our no-data, no-charge policy and this is the thanks we get.
