      Bus never showed up had to scramble for alternate transport given the run around to get my refund web site is always down

      Torn chairs. Price to high. Terrible bus. I put you on ********. Never again. Drivers were the only good thing. Bus is horrible. Your pictures are all ove ********. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

      The only reason it has one star is because its mandatory to leave at least oneI give them 0 stars!! If your bus has to go through ************** youre going to be stuck. The bus never makes it in time?? Then they dont accommodate you which is unacceptable. How are they still in business?!?

      Greyhound Bus Lines has really gone down in their ratings. The services is awful. I've been cursed at by customer ********************** agent all because I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager because I was left stranded at an Love's Truck Stop with all of my luggages still on the bus. I called Greyhound to inform them that the bus left me and I realized that Greyhound doesn't care about there customers they just want the money being spent. I was told too file a claim for all of my belongings. I wasn't able to get a refund for my ticket. So, I had to purchase another ticket. I still have received any of my belongings. Greyhound Bus Lines, really SUCKS! I emailed Greyhound Bus Lines and listed my cellular number in hoping that someone would care enough to reach out to me. I received an email after 14 days of waiting. But I haven't gotten any of my items. This shows that the new owner are garbage ??.

      I wish I could give zero stars because they dont deserve one. this was the worst experience ever and I have been trying to call and file a complaint on the driver that was assigned to my route for the last 2 hours with No Help at all I was supposed to catch the bus at 12:50 AM. I was there on time got on the bus and realized that my assigned seat which was paid for in advance was taken when I went to the bus driver to inquire about my seat he informed me that I could sit anywhere. I told him I did not want to sit anywhere. I would rather sit in my assigned seat being that it was by the window and all of the seats have been taken up. I let him know that it was a bit frustrating due to the fact that I paid for my seat in advance, so I did not understand why I didnt have anywhere to sit the bus driver, then escorted me off the bus and told me that I had to catch the next bus due to me, wanting to sit in my assigned seat by the window I told him that was unacceptable because I had to be to court in the next few hours in a whole Other state and I had to be there or I would be issued a warrant, he told me he did not care proceeded to close the doors in my face saying that he did not have time for my frustration and directed employees to take my luggage from underneath the bus and proceeded to pull off leaving me there when I went to the front desk to complain and asked if I could speak to someone regarding this issue I was given a telephone number to call to try to change my ticket due to me being left by the driver every employee at that location was extremely rude and dismissive. The customer ********************** was terrible all of the employees attitudes are horrible and no one tried to help me or even address what the bus driver did. now due to this situation. I will have a warrant because I will not make my court date due to me being removed from my bus for No logical reason this is very unsettling as a paying customer and it is very unacceptable

      This was the WORST experience ever!! Been trying to process a refund since late February!! *** called, emailed, requested assistance on their website, still NOTHING. They canceled my boyfriends trip without warning and couldnt get him on the next bus until the next day!! Then we had to pull money out of the thin air to get him a hotel. So I racked up two nights of the same thing (because it kept getting cant) and finally the 3rd day he got outta hell!! It was absolutely like the ground hog day movie. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GREYHOUND TO MY WORST ENEMY!! With the hotels, Ubers and food we shouldve just saved that money and just Uberd him home!! HANDS DOWN WORST EXPERIENCE!! Had to give 1 stat to post. Id like to give -50 stars!! Buyer beware.
