      We had a window in need of replacement they said 3 weeks max it's been 5 weeks an not done yet under there warranty .It's a Joke.

      Contract dated 4/1/15, service for circle top was completed 4/29/24. Ordered new circle top window, window arrived 5/30/24 in warehouse, we've called and left a message for customer to call us so we can get this on the schedule to replace the damaged window.

      In 2020 I had a garden window replaced in my kitchen by Window World of Murfreesboro, impressed by their "lifetime warranty". Before installed was told the wood beams propping up the window were not necessary and would be removed, they were not...first sign. Installers left screws/materials in the yard under the window...second sign. I did love the new window until it started leaking not quite 2 years after installation. I was assured it would be replaced and a man was sent to take pictures, which took months for him to be sent. He stated the window was available, but the company was determining who, manufacturer or company, would be paying for the replacement. I have been patient, but multiple calls and months later, still no replacement.

      Window World stands behind the lifetime warranty, this product has been ordered and has an estimated ETA of May 29,2023 for delivery. We apologize that the manufacturing process is taking longer with the industry shortage of receiving materials. Once this product reaches the warehouse we will contact **** ******** promptly and schedule to replace the garden window.

      My new window was installed on June 1st, however the screw covers that I've been waiting for, now two weeks, have yet to be received or installed, as well as the window ledge/trim was left without being painted.

      My new window was installed June 1st, today is June 19th and storms came through last night/early morning. Once again the window has leaked!!! I have sent a text and pictures of rhe new leak and sent to my Window World contact, this is totally unacceptable and I am livid!!

      I cannot express my absolute disappointment and frustration with Window World as this has been a total nightmare!! My second window was put in and leaked again and I was told it was not the window but my house was leaking from somewhere above the window. I arranged to have a contractor come out and inspect, my house it was not leaking any water from anywhere!! He was kind enough to meet with the owner Josh and the installers to find out what the issue was. The window was not fitting flush with the house and needed to be cut to fit. The contractor stated to make sure the window was put in correctly and it hasn't leaked since. Josh dropped the glass shelf that goes in the window and chipped it, of course I was told they would order a replacement. Also the screw covers and the ledge/trim needs to be painted still.. I've left multiple messages and no one is responding. DO NOT hire this company!!

      I wish I could have seen a true review of Walmart window world of Murfreesboro before we purchased doors from them. My wife has called for 3 weeks to get someone to look at a door leaking water. She calls the office and gets told to call Chris. Chris finally responds that she needs to call the office to schedule someone to look at it. Wife calls office and is told they have no record of her calling. Just want to warn potential buyers to avoid Walmart windows. They will not respond to your calls, but at least Tyler is finally not there botching installations.

      Earlier this year,my family & I decided to replace our exterior doors. Standard front door, & sliding glass patio door. We decided to use Window World because we liked their flyers. Their rep came out on 3-23-2022. It seemed like a good deal. @ doors, with lifetime warranty for $5000. We were told a 3 month wait, because everything was made "in house" which we took to mean,"made by them" . By the middle of June, contractor installs doors & does a good job. Beautiful craftsmanship, excellent installation.They sent the wrong screen door, so he had to order another. We assumed maybe a week,so we saw no problem.June turned to July,then to August. By then my family had made 6 calls to ask about our screen. Every call was answered with"sorry for the inconvenience, we will put in an order. The 7th call, we got told we would have to wait 2 months. They had already been paid $5000 dollars & wanted us to wait behind other customers. During all this time, they never once bothered to call us back. No status update, no checking on our satisfaction, NOTHING! After the 8th irate call, we got our screen installed on 9-14-22. The man who brought it was not friendly, the door has a locking mechanism, & he didn't install the piece it attaches to. Their customer service told us we had to complain here, because they do not allow reviews on their website. Do not use these people unless you like throwing away hard earned money. Their customer service is lousy & they don't care. And ****** Windows of Cookeville Tn. is also part of them. I don't know how they have such a good rating on BBB. They might have good product, but the stress & hassle is not worth it.

      Contract signed on 3/24/22, products ordered on 3/25/22. Received products and installed on 6/20/22. Customer stated on completion certificate "fast and friendly service "and gave all 5's stars. Customer called office on 7/01/22 stating screen for sliding glass door was too big, ordered another screen on 7/01/22. Received screen on 8/25/22. Customer was contacted on 8/29/22 and scheduled for the first available service appointment on 9/14/22. Service technician installed screen on 9/14/22. ****** Windows of Cookeville TN is not and has never been a part of Window World. We apologize that you feel that our customer service was lacking for you. Window World strives to make every customers experience seamless.
