      Hello, I have tried contacting Wolf for a warranty claim for our cabinets. We are having issues with the finish of our stained cabinets chipping after a couple of years. We take really good care of our cabinets so this should not be happening. This is a quality issue and I would like to have Wolf repair the chipping cabinets. Again, they are stained cabinets. I’ve never had an issue with cabinets chipping in the past (stained or painted) Wolf directed me to reach out to our installer/contractor who was very responsive but Wolf claimed it was “normal wear and tear” this is absolutely not normal and I am not settling for that. I feel like Wolf does not want to hold to their warranty. Wolf cannot tell me this is normal wear from a couple of photos. I’m also not sure why one person can tell me it’s normal wear. Again, I am looking to have our cabinets and cabinet doors repaired so they are not chipping anymore. A DIY touch up kit is not acceptable as the gloss finish does not match the cabinet finish. Thank you!
