    Foss waste removal took payment for trash service and then never actually performed the work. They were extremely difficult to contact and only after a month of requesting and threatening to talk about the poor experience on social media, did they give my money back. This company should not be in business as they are illegally taking money for work they are not doing.

    Called Foss' on 3/21 and received no callback. Was able to get ahold of them via ** messenger and promised a phone call on 3/24. 3/25 I messaged again as the phone call never came and finally received a call from a gentleman, ***. I signed myself and my grandmother up for 6 months of service, her with recycling for a total of $307.40. I then contacted the company again and added recycling to my account for an additional charge of $31.80 on 3/28. My grandmother was supposed to have pick up on Monday and mine was Friday. The week of our first pickup, April 2nd, a post was made on ******** that a truck had broken down and all pick ups would be a day late. Neither of our garbage was collected. I called the business number twice with no return calls and his ******** page has been deleted.
