    I think the service and no response from McKean is terrible..... My first call was May 2022 for my AC was not cooling my house. After ten different trips my service tech, and $1K later over the ten weeks. The trouble was never fixed! I called twice to talk to the owner and got handed off to a Supervisior and the Tech, problem not fixed, I call back and talked to ***** he was looking into the issue, then I was called by the Tech, whom told me he was researching my trouble and would get back to me..... After three weeks I'm still waiting.I still would like to talk to someone in management about my experience..Maybe you can call Lennox on this matter
