    Rozners is 10 times better than WM. They never give a hard time and are always wonderful to deal with and less expensive. No stupid tags to buy, no penalty and crazy fees if you need a large item picked up. I will never use WM unless I was forced to.

    Their driver *** ran my family off the road, and now he refuses to contact his insurance company with a statement.This is pathetic

    Never answer the phone , or returns any messages. Wont pick up the garbage every other week . ****** who runs the office end is unprofessional, and never responds or could care less if they never come to get your garbage. Also you have to be careful if you pay with cash
