  ******** customer service. Total attitude from "President " of the company, while the cackling hen office staff laughed in the background. Way to go Ms. *** ****** and staff.

  We receive communication daily from concerned taxpayers and customers that have accounts at our office. Sharp Collections, **** has always been very sensitive to individual circumstances and offers a variety of payment arrangements in order to satisfy any outstanding balances. We are a municipal debt collections agency and honestly, customers are generally not happy when the receive a notice from our office. The employees at our office are trained to be as accommodating as possible, especially in difficult situations. Ms. ***** contacted our office and complained about our collection fees and was not saisfied with that employee's response. I then spoke to Ms. ***** about our fees: we have been attempting to collect her unpaid taxes for seventeen years; and, no additional charges have been added since 2017 on one account and since 2021 on the other account. Ms. ***** has contacted our office in the past, was offered payment arrangements, and was advised that our office requires a payment every thirty days. I also reiterated that if those payments had been made consistently, additional charges would not have incurred. During our conversation, other employees were on their phones and I don't recall anyone making any comments whatsoever. I believe that the staff at Sharp Collections, **** does a wonderful job handling such issues on the phones and have been commended by other customers in the past at how kind we are and that we are very easy to work with (during these difficult situations).
