      They tried charging me a HAZMAT fee for some grinding discs and some welding wire and then pulled out this scripted response when I questioned the additional charges to try and justify these fees for Items that do not have hazardous chemicals in them. They stated that the spread the HAZMAT fees out not just on the gasses but to the products in the store as well. So essentially, they say they are lowering the HAZMAT fees on the gasses and transferring them to the other items which isn't fair as I shouldn't pay fees for products I don't buy.

      Airgas - Undisclosed Rental Charges and Refund Request I received multiple calls from Airgass sales team, who eventually persuaded me to purchase a CO2 cylinder. I made the purchase under order #1###, paying $101.23 USD on 04/24/2024, and received the cylinder on 04/17/2024 at 14:34 PDT. During delivery, I offered an additional cylinder I had, but the dispatcher explained that Airgas only accepts its own cylinders and showed me their labeling system (new, used, empty, etc.).Two weeks later, I began receiving letters from Airgas, which I assumed were promotional materials. Upon opening one after two months, I discovered they were invoices for a daily rental charge of $1.46 USD for the cylindera charge that was never mentioned by the sales representative, nor did I sign any agreement for it. After 25 calls, I was told this fee typically only applies to small cylinders, adding to my confusion.I requested these charges be stopped, and we agreed to return the cylinder. It was collected on 08/01/2024 at 13:11 PDT, in perfect condition and labeled new. The dispatcher provided a return receipt. Despite this, charges continued, and the current debt stands at $456.04 USD.I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue via calls and emails to Airgass sales and billing teams, but without success. The salesperson even threatened to send my account to collections.I formally request:Removal of all rental charges, as I was never informed of this fee.A full refund of $101.23 USD, as the cylinder was returned unused.Clear and transparent policies for future customers regarding rental terms and additional charges.I have all necessary evidence available if requested. I appreciate your attention to resolving this matter.

      Over charged senior. Was. Was charged twice the price of the competition across town. I was told we can’t do nothing since you left about an hour ago. We have to consider the bottle empty. I was told that’s corporate policy tough luck. Don’t deal with large corporate business. I got screwed my bad for going in thinking I can trust Airgas.

      This is owner leave this message and we need an evidence about ABW were told us we either rent a tank or buy a new one. Also we need an apology about your company come late months to pick up rent cylinder and still charge us rent fee after that tank is not in my property . And even we contact your customer service try to solve the problem all together but the result is never call back or endless waiting and another circle of calling to customer service .
