    DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY. Total scam, they promise you all these savings and to match service levels of previous haulers. Transition was a nightmare, pick-ups were missed consistently, billing is not per contract. Our biggest issue is the compactors we are renting. Previously we had door sensors that compacted automatically and a button back up. Now there are keys that run away with all tenants, Roadrunner is demanding we pay $3650 to get a button installed. The compactors were brought up from the south, the hydraulic fluid is not suitable for MN. The compactor that we are renting keeps freezing up and not working causing truckloads of trash that is left on our sidewalks and our ****** has to clean up- causing us thousands of dollars of labor to date. Roadrunner stated we should either by towels to wrap the lines, use a space heater outside (in negative degree highs) or that we can pay for an additive to get it working. Never in my career have I rented something and been expected to pay for it to work. Several people have tripped over their hydraulic lines and nothing is being done to make that more safe. Seriously, stay away.

    Roadrunner has provided great customer service. I would highly recommend them based on that alone. They are quick to respond. But their drivers are customer conscious as well and that is my favorite part. The accounting folks like the discounted prices, but the customer service is why I give them 5 stars. Oh, and the online system works and is totally user friendly, so another bonus.

    I won't recommend Roadrunner to other friend, period. The reason? Here is,I had a contract with 5 days per week service. But I found it wasn't around April 2024. So, I called and asked. A lady explained me that Roadrunner reduced to 4 days per week service without any notice to me because the trash volume wasn't full and Roadrunner figured 4 days per week service was enough to save gas and labor. I complained and Roadrunner reinstalled the 5 days per week service with giving $150.00 credit for missing 1 service day each week.After that, Roadrunner charged me $85.00 EXTRA YARDGAE CHARGE EVERY WEEK for January, ****** **** June, July, August, and ************, I requested to give me credit for those EXTRA charge because Roadrunner's explanation was incoherent one. One day, Roadrunner said they reduced 5 days service to 4 days per week service, and next day, Roadrunner claimed there was extra Yardage charge. Around Sep. 2024, Roadrunner waived some of Extra Yardage charges, not all. I asked all credit for those charges Also when I asked Roadrunner to provide any evidence supporting Roadrunner's claim for EXTRA CHATGE, Roadrunner emailed me with foggy pictures took certain days. That pictures came from the camera installed at 6 inches below the top trash bin line installed by the Roadrunner for the reason to check the bin is emptied or not since the pick up truck missed to pick up trash some days. And this camera faced to downward, not upward. What that means that this camera can't see the trash was over flowed or not. However, Roadrunner stopped the service from Nov. 21, 2024 till now saying Roadrunner won't provide any service unless I pay those EXTRA YARDAGE ********** looks like ***************** for their CLAIM AND *********** careful everyone with Roadrunner.I have all evidences to show anyone as I mentioned here.

    We are so pleased with our decision to go with RoadRunner. RoadRunner has helped us save substanitally on our trash and recylcing services all while offering superior support. Our trash hauler was charging us overages on trash every week. One email to RoadRunner and the charges were investigated and refunded. No need for me to waste time arguing with the trash company! They also added an additional recycling service strictly for our broken down cardboard (which has been a game changer for my warehouse) - still coming in less expensive than our previous hauler!I would HIGHLY recommend giving RoadRunner a shot and see what savings and services they can bring to your company. They have completely turned our waste management experience on its head in the best possible way.
