      On January 16, 2023, I purchased access to Cengage through this website because it's 65.00 compared to the 120.00 on Cengage. I was enrolled in a class that requires it. However, I was told I was in the wrong class so I was then switched to the right class I needed to be in for my degree. On January 20th, 2023 I contacted the study core by email and explained what happened. Mind you I never used the code, since I was not in the class long enough to be able to use it. And I was not aware but Cengage (legit) offers a full refund within 7 days of subscription. This company claims I did use the code and that regardless it's my fault for purchasing access to a class that I should have known was not the right one. In my degree plan, it showed as a class that I needed and the university is aware and it just happened to be a class that's named similar. They claimed I use the code and are offering 40.00 out of the 65.00 I paid for access. I don't need it and for a code that I never used or will use. Any students out there invest in Cengage (legit). A situation like this in which is out of your control may happen and they offer 7 day subscription cancellation-they will refund you 100%. They are aware that a situation like that will happen. This company is a scam. I see they are not accredited.
