    I filed a dispute against Pittsburgh's UPS almost 4 months ago about a situation where their employee(s) felt the need to open packages and steal items out of the packages that i have sent for my neices on christmas and many other holidays. this is not the first time this has happened. it's clear that they don't care and has never got back to me or even resolved this situation! it baffles me that they allow their employees to get away with this from time after time. the reviews online tells it all. to not ever get your packages sent with "UPS". how would they feel if someone ripped their packages open that they put together with their hard earned money to make their siblings happy, just to find out that they allow some idiots that work for them to break open the packages and steals gift cards, clothes, and god knows who else they have done this for and let slide. UPS in pittsburgh is a joke. if you have family in pittsburgh, stay away from getting your mail or packages sent out through them. you'll regret it if you do otherwise.
