      I've had multiple friends who dealt with misgendering and-or deadnaming from the office staff (and who left bc of it). I'm trans and didn't have that experience. But I did have a really gross interaction with a doc who actively questioned why I wanted bottom surgery. Save yourself the disappointment and def avoid if you're trans.Update: Just found out this place is a for-profit medical clinic, after one of my friends got sent to collections for a lab bill

      On my first visit, the billing department somehow messed up sending my insurance information to Quest, which resulted in me having a balance of over $300 with them. Both my provider and I tried to get COWC to follow up with Quest about it… I even emailed their billing department twice! And nearly three weeks later, I’ve heard nothing back from COWC and still have a balance. I called Quest myself just now and gave them my updated insurance info and resolved the issue almost immediately. It’s ridiculous that I had to do something like this… other people have jobs, too! I’m also in school full-time. I shouldn’t have to spend my free time fixing the mistakes of your inept staff. Get it together!
