      Highly Recommended! Highly Professional! *** has a great Team! The guys did an amazing job!I cant say enough good things about what a wonderful job the guys from R Davis Mechanical did on replacing ALL the mechanicals in my condo. ****, the plumber, installed a new wall-mounted water heater and ***** the HVAC installer, installed the new furnace and A/C unit. Both did a stellar job on their individual installations. The new water heater provides a lot more space in the laundry room. The space is small to begin with and the design is a poor design, so the mechanicals were cramped. The original water heater would have needed to be drained, removed, and replaced just so they could replace the furnace and A/C unit not to mention future service. I opted to have the wall-mounted unit installed to alleviate this necessity. It will save me money in the long run. I can already tell the difference with the new furnace. It is much warmer in my condo than it was before now that the furnace is no longer pooling water where water shouldnt be. **** is a very young man and a very knowledgeable one for so young a person. He was very meticulous and thorough. He made sure everything was working before he left. Both **** and **** made sure everything was working and cleaned up before they left. I was very pleased with their work ethic and results.

      Charged for services not rendered, then argued about a credit card processing fee when bill was paid by check. No work done, no refund, just a waste of time and money.

      I'm sorry we charge for online payments. You had the option to pay with cash or a check while we were on site. Furthermore, it is presumptuous of you to assume that I am ok with being called your brother in ******. My religion or lack there of, of which you have no idea of, does not give you the right to impose your beliefs on me or anyone else for that matter.

      We had them replace our hot water tank with a tankless. We love it! Never run out of *************! They also fixed our furnace which wasnt installed properly by the Builder. Our furnace now runs efficiently. We highly recommend RD Mechanical.

      DO NOT PURCHASE A NED UNIT FROM THESE COMPANY. Rob was very nice until he wasn't. They replaced an a/c unit in 2020. The unit did not cool the home to less than 75 from the date of installation. Original install issues: Never cooled below 75 degrees Tech cut the electrical line which needed an electrician to fix Did not install the condensate unit properly and it was sitting in water which was a major fire hazard. Cut the electricity to the attic fan and broke the unit 2nd tech was sent to fix those issues. He indicated it was installed backwards and did not have time or the help to fix it. Made the adjustments but the unit continued to not cool the house below 75 degrees. I am finally asking for this lemon to be replaced and the owner offered to fix it, but I would pay for diagnostics and labor. I asked for him to come look at it and he said he doesn’t send people for free. His guys are not capable of diagnostics. There is no guarantee that they will fix the unit and he won’t even come look at it. He clearly does not care that he sold me a unit that does not and has not ever worked. Many of these issues are documented via email. Shame on me for allowing him to "fix" this unit. I should have demanded for them to take it out and replace it the first time. My mistake. Save yourself the money and please do not make the same mistake I did.

      A one star review is a result of this customer wanting free service for life for her system. Every once and a while we get a customer with unrealistic expectations and when we do not bow to their demands, this is the route they choose to take. We still provide the same service that all of our other realistic customers review us on.

      Rob Davis provides excellent customer service! *** provided an expert evaluation of my needs, promptly scheduled service and provided 5 star service! Communication from start to finish was great! Everyone was professional, friendly, courteous and helpful. From removal to replacement the crew kept things clean and organized. R. Davis Mechanical was also reasonably priced. I will use them in the future and refer them to my friends and family!

      *** was able to deal with a last minute AC installation that a prior contractor had failed to complete with appropriate permits. He was able to complete the process and deal with city inspector and permits, saving us from a huge headache. Would definitely recommend and use his services again.
