We reviewed this and show that this card was accessed and redeemed for an E-gift. The card was issued with the full $75 available. My mother-in-law sent 2 giftya gift cards for ****************** totaling $150.00 so we can visit her. They are asking for our bank account information. WE CANNOT PROVIDE THAT! That's completely inappropriate and we're at a loss for how to proceed! I've read all the reviews online about what a scam of a company this is and how so many have been ignored and lost money! This is ridiculous. How can they stay in business? Why isn't BBB holding them accountable? Sounds like we need another BBB to rate BBB for letting this slide! What's going on?! BBB payout?? Would give less if I could. My credit has been pending for 2 months even though it says my credit is processing and would take 3-5 days. Its been months. Cant actually speak to a human to get this resolved. Dont bother with this company.GiftYa

It's not very good. Instruction are not clear and they have no warnings about what happens if a merchant is out of business. They should not allow those gifts on their site. I was given a gift for Logans roadhouse. I selected to recieve it on e card. I then found out there Logans was no longer open in my area. The closest one was 300 miles away. But I could not change it and the lifter could not get a refund because I chose e card. There was no mention of not being able to change it. Also their merchants are not up to date. Pull up Amarillo tx restruants and it only shows one. There are alot more than that. You have to pull up national to get what is in ********. They scam customers so beware. I will not recommend or ever use Gifta again. I lost my chrismas bonus because of them.GiftYa

Received a DoorDash gift card from work through GiftYa. Went to redeem it and it wants me to link my credit card which I found to be odd. Tried to send it directly to my account through Zelle but there is a $3.99 fee to do so. Chose the eGift option to get a regular gift card code through DoorDash but "it takes up to 24 hours to process". ********** and trash company. They try to entice you to link your credit card by giving you "a $10 bonus". When you don't comply with their preferred method they charge fees or impose an arbitrary wait time for you to get your gift card purely to discourage you from using the other options. DO NOT SEND A GIFT CARD THROUGH THIS COMPANY.GiftYa

I bought this Roblox card for my little brother and weve spent the whole day trying to figure out how to redeem it. The fact that I have to pay process fee and I didnt get it. its should be easy. Send it and give me the freaking code. Now Ive lost 7 dollars and my little brother couldnt have a nice small gift. I cant even reach out to you guys and get help. Hi Meg. We are sorry for any poor experience. Card linking is a technology similar to venmo and this form of redemption ensures a recipient does not lose their gift card, a gift card is used to its fullest, the gift never expires and most importantly its safe from theft or fraud. We also add an additional $10 incentive to first time card linked gifts. We appreciate that not all our clients will want to link a card so there are other redemption options offered. No reasonable way to contact them by phone. Entire business is bot based auto answers. They take money and cancel your order without reasonable explanation leaving both you and recipient shocked and disappointed. Lacking company without a responsible leader and very pompous attitudes.
