This business keep calling using bogus phone numbers like they are local numbers to make us answer the calls. Isnt this considered fraud since they are fraudulently pretending to call from a number that they dont own? I want to file a formal complaint with the BBB due to this fact.

I have requested to not be contacted by this organization at least 20 times over the past 12 months. They continue to call despite multiple requests to be placed on the do-not-call registry. They call from different numbers that appear with the same or regional area codes to my originating area code. Continued contact is a violation of the State DNC, FTC, and FCC and I will be filing a complaint with all entities, including the Office of Attorney General's Bureau of Consumer Protection.

I took my car to the dealership that I had leased it from because my transmission was slipping and I could slightly hear it and the mechanic took it for a drive the second time I took it up and said it was the way it shifts so then 2 weeks after I called again to get it into the garage and he said I would have to take it to another garage because his garage was full. So we did and when trying to work with the warranty company the guy was very disrespectful and not very professional and was arguing with me about me calling him when it should be the garage and I told him that I call the garage and him so I know what's going on considering it's my car and I'm not getting an answer for anything. So my garage called auto pro and had spoken to him about the issue and when we can go forward but auto pro is telling me he never spoke with anyone. So my warranty is about up and here I am with a broken down car not able to move or able to get me to work to pay for the car. I'm half afraid to call auto pro back because of how disrespectful he was the first time. But I have all the calls I made so if need be I will file with the magistrate. I'm out money and a car that should have been taken care of awhile ago.

The shop initiated the claim on 10./24/22 stating transmission failure.  In the initial interview we asked the shop for the current mileage and engine size. The shop informed us that the vehicle was no longer at the garage so they could not provide this information.  Why would the customer take the vehicle and continue to drive it if it had a transmission issue?  This action delays the entire claims process.  So we informed the shop at that time that we would need an estimate of repairs.  Yesterday, 12/7/22 the shop just emailed us the estimate we asked for 6 weeks ago.  Any issue of delay with this claim falls with the shops responsibility in sending us the estimate and the customer removing the vehicle from the shop.  We are unable to proceed with claim until we have that information.  Since receiving the estimate yesterday we have initiated the claims process which entails having an inspection company go out to the shop to verify failure. In order to perform the inspection the vehicle will have to be at the shop. We will also check transmission prices in the marketplace.
