      i absolutely hate this dirty thieving scamming company.i ordered a phone on a offer they sent me which is free on them then im billed for $800+ so 8 told the damn stupid foreign idiot to cancel it he said he did and id be getting a refund.cone to find out,the lieing bainchod taliban lied and when you call,you cant get past the useless stupid dumb automated pos.they double bill qnd always coming up with ways to rip you off with there pos useless service.we need an honest cable company.why do these pieces of shit have a monopoly on cable internet?damn thieves.im switching my services from these thieves xfinity.i wish someine would hack there system and shut them fools down.id do it if i could.#fuckyouxfinity

      I canceled my subscription with Xfinity. They said I owe them $41. Dollars I paid 21. They went into my bank account and took the rest out now my credit is ruined. I dont think its fair. Theyve done nothing but lie to me. I would never recommend this company to anybody else. My credit is ruined and Ive worked very hard to get it up there.

      Worst company ever. I had to reach out to Xfinity 3 times to cancel my service. Every time I contact them, they said the cancellation was not confirmed and I would get a refund. Guess what, nothing confirmed and these pieces of s*** are still charging me! What kind of company does this? You guys play around with customers and their money. Dont support these scammers.

      Xfinity just throttled my internet service. Less service same price. They then send an email stating they've 'upgraded' MY service & made MY service faster. I just need a new gateway. I call - the place order for the new gateway. No mention of $15 shipping charge OR $20 raise in price. So apparently they didnt 'UPGRADE MY SERVICE' after all , they created a NEW service and then tried to scam me into it. ZERO full disclosure from the rep. I found out about the shipping charge and the bill increase in the confirmation email. This is out & out fraud. Whenever there is a change of service AND price it is a NEW service, NOT an 'upgrade'. This is a bait & switch' and is fraud. I cancelled the 'upgrade' & will be looking for a new provider. They should be reported to Consumer affairs.

      The worst cell phone company out there. Unqualified employees. Terrible service. Misunderstood customer service. I do not recommend it. You will be frustrated with the terrible customer service this company has.

      To Whom It May Concern,My name is ****** *********, and I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable experience I had with Xfinity customer service and technician scheduling.On Saturday, April 19th, I was told a technician would arrive between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM. I specifically rearranged my entire day and took off work to be available during this time. Not only did no technician arrive, but I also received no communication regarding a cancellation or delay. I spent the rest of the dayhours of my timereaching out through both chat and phone calls to get answers, only to be met with conflicting information and repeated reschedules. Despite my efforts, the appointment was pushed back even further, and I am now being told I must wait until April 22nd to receive service.This experience has caused more than inconvenience. I lost income from missing work on April 19thsignificantly more than the cost of the installation itselfbecause I was led to believe a technician would arrive. I feel that my time, finances, and trust were all disrespected during this ********** resolve this issue, I am requesting the following:1.A formal explanation for the failure to honor the April 19th appointment and the repeated scheduling changes without notice.2.Compensation for the wages lost due to the missed appointment, as well as for the time I spent attempting to resolve the issue.3.Waiving of installation or activation fees, as this situation has already cost me more than the service itself.4.Confirmation of the April 22nd appointment, with a guaranteed technician arrival window and appropriate follow-through.I have chat transcripts and the names of the representatives I spoke with, which I am willing to provide upon request.I expect this matter to be handled with the seriousness and urgency it deserves. I would appreciate a prompt and direct response.Sincerely,****** *********

      I called Xfinity to review my account and see what could be done about my monthly bill going higher. I was told I could be put into a new plan without losing any services at a lower rate. After confirming with the *** several times that specific channels would not be lost I agreed to the plan. The next day I realized all of my sports channels were now gone. I called back to try and get my old plan back and was told it was no longer available and had to enroll in a new plan that was significantly higher than the plan I changed from in the first place. Several follow up calls have been made and nothing can be done to fix the situation. This is a classless and predatory way to do business. I have been a customer for 15 years and now looking at other options so I can cancel the service.

      Poor service from technical issues, customer service, and billing problems. Worked within the process from Feb 6 2025 through today. Tech issues still happening after tech came to my home. Laid outside cable 2 months ago still not buried causing tripping hazards, billing issues not resolved. Assured a $300 credit for interrupted services back to July 2024. Did not honor, over charging me, and 20 hours of my time, 2 dozens live **** later, no one is following through with case numbers that have been closed without resolve. The absolute worse customer service. This is how they treat a loyal customer after 6 years. Dropping service and will do my best to tell everyone not to use your service. Ever!!!

      Poor service, even when escalated on *******. Someone called followed up with a lot of promises and did nothing, not even note the account, so when I called customer service to correct the issue they had no idea what I was talking about and acted like I was lying. So, a second time I contacted them on *******, I filed a complaint with the ***, submitted this review with the BBB, sent a message to the Chief Corporate Communications Officer, wasted my time with the useless chatbot and I am going to file a complaint with the attorney general next.
