My daughter experienced the same issues as the complaint dated April 2022. She was told that she violated their policy when taking the final exam and was terminated. She reviewed a vague email back when she asked them why. It just stated that they would offer her 25% off and she had to reenroll in the class. I called them and had to leave messages after fighting with their phone system that started to press a certain number for a certain department and then would tell you invalid response. I finally left a message. They called back and at first would not tell her anything except that she had violations and would but be able to retake the FINAL exam, one test left. The lady finally told her that they had her on camera picking up a pencil off the floor on one violation and the other 2 violations were that the questions she had wrong matched the answers to previous exams. What I have to say to that is that when you have multiple choice questions, yes, of you get a question wrong it could possibly match your previous exams of you are changing them up periodically. Theres always a chance so they are not allowed to get any questions wrong? We would like a refund of our money but Im sure that wont happen. She was told to file a grievance but that it more than likely would be denied so whats the point of that? Now she has to change all of her nursing classes back because she didnt complete this summer class. So frustrating to a college kid that is right on money and time and very disheartening to them, changing the way they feel about continuing. My feeling is that they do this to get more money.
