    I had a very similar problem with Space Mall in Oaks, PA. I emptied a storage locker. I was told that a check of $801.36 would be sent. It never was sent. I called a minimum of 18 times and was given lie after lie after lie. This is not a reputable business. I have not been able to learn who owns the business. Cindy, the manager, I believe is stealing money from the company. My name is Patricia N*****. I live in Raleigh, NC and I was storing my parents' furniture following their death. There is something terribly wrong with this business. I also spoke with an owner of Classic Auto Mall where Space Mall has storage space for cars. They told me that they have had multiple complaints where Cindy has told them there was space at Class Auto Mall for their auto and there was not. Cindy does not answer the phone and she appears to be on vacation a great deal. This business is not operating fairly. Patricia N*****

    I closed out the storage locker on June 2, 2023. I was told that I would receive a refund check in the mail. Today is August 11th and I still have not received the refund. I cannot begin to say how many times I called and heard evey excuse in the books... The bookkeeper is on vacation. The bookkeeper said she sent it. The bookkeeper again said she will send it. Then, the person in the sales office (Cindy) said she would write a check from her own account and charge the company. Never received the check. I called her again today and she said, "oh I left it on my desk and forgot to mail it." So as of 3:30 p.m. this afternoon she said she would fed ex overnight to be received on Saturday.. I am filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Patricia
