We were very pleased with our windows. The team that installed them did it in one day, 8 windows including a Bay Window which is awesome. The crew was efficient and friendly. They had to do much of this in the rain as well. Would highly recommend them!Thermo-Twin Windows

ThermoTwin replaced all the windows in my house about 20 years ago.. I was so pleased with the quality of the windows as well as the prompt response when I had a small problem many years later that I did not hesitate to call them when I needed a new bay window..the window was installed in 1 day..the installers cleaned up everything before they left.. I didnt even need to vacuum..I highly recommend Thermo TwinThermo-Twin Windows

Installers were awesome! Had a large window with an arch on top installed. The double hung portion is easy to use and glides easily up and down. Hoping that come winter the cold air stays out, they did *********** well (old window had none). Would differently recommend.Thermo-Twin Windows

Thermo-Twin Windows was an amazingly wonderful experience. From the very beginning it was an easy process. Everyone I spoke to at this company, from the salesperson, to the person that came to do the formal measurements, to the folks at the main office who coordinated the appointments and install, through to the installers who cleaned up what little mess they made, they were honestly perfect. They were professional, friendly, and genuine. I felt like I was working with people I had been working with and have trusted my whole life. I honestly can NOT say enough about how well the process went. I had a ton of questions for everyone, especially the salesperson and the installers. For my last windows, the install was an absolute mess and ended up causing damage to my house. Because I had many questions, Thermo-Twin was able to explain to me what was wrong before and showed me how they were installing and left me sure that I was in good hands for years to come. I love my windows and except for having to clean some smudges off the glass after the installation, my windows have brought me absolute joy. Now I have to make all new window treatments because, well, you know, I can't just hang up those old curtains and blinds on my brand new windows, right? Thank you, Thermo-Twin!!!Thermo-Twin Windows
