      I had several old video games and consoles just sitting in my garage. I contacted DK Oldies and I immediately received a reply about what I wanted to sell. I responded and one day later got a quote. Once I accepted the quote, the next day I received the ***** shipping lablel. Two days after my shipment was delivered I got the tracking number for my check. This was an extremely easy and fast experience and this is a very honest and reliable business.       Reliable and real. This business provides a reliable 1 year warranty on everything you purchase from them. I needed warranty repair on a handheld and they did the warranty work without question. Very good at communication and customer service. You also don't need to worry about your game cartridges because they guarantee a real product. In a time and age where there are fake products all over the internet, there has never been a more satisfying business like DKoldies for all your retro video game needs. The fact you can buy real and reliable games from them with a warranty is satisfying and gives you peace of mind.

      As a experienced online shopper this is one of the few online only stores that you can actually negotiate with the company if make a mistake during your purchases or if something happens during shipping. I personally have been very impressed with there games. I've bought 7 games over the last 2 years and I've never had a game fail nor have I had a console glitch or malfunction. I highly recommend this online store to any retro gamers who are looking for a bargain while getting quality games!       Amazing customer service. I purchased an N64 that did not work properly (expected with a ~30 year old system). Instead of having me send back the system, wait until it arrives, and send me a replacement, customer service immediately sent me a replacement system with prepaid postage to return the old system.

      Don't trust them! Email never sent with return information! Return label never received! Told me they don't mail return labels, but the manager said they would! I verified my email address with them, they received it, but I never received an email with instructions from DKoldies! I believe it was never sent! Cosmetically Flawed Cartridge, it should have never been listed for sale! We called them three separate times, twice from my son and once from me. They just lost a great customer.
