Very professional. Drivers very experienced with getting dumpsters into tight places and have the most pleasant of personalities. Office staff immediately respond to any concerns or questions. I would highly recommend this company.Bin There Dump That Tri-State

Confirmed with sales person, ****, several times when arranging for the dumpster that it could be placed in my front yard due to volume and orientation of my home. **** assured me several times that, as long as I signed a waiver, it wouldn't be a problem. I completed the waiver online as specified. When the driver showed, he refused to put it in the front yard and put his dispatcher on speaker. The dispatcher basically told me that their policy was to never put them in yards, offered no apology for his lying salesperson, and basically didn't care at all - and why should he? They got their money. He kept explaining their no-yard policy as if I wasn't understanding the rules, and never acknowledged that I had been lied to, several times, by their salesperson. His solution? "Call the office and ask him why he told you it could go in the yard."Bin There Dump That Tri-State
