I wanted to update my review but couldn't figure out how to do that. I wrote a review on 1/2/25. Since then, ****** from the company reached out to set up a meeting with one if the project managers. They wanted to work together to make things right. *** came out to my house one afternoon and came up with a plan to fix my subfloor. He personally handled the project and sent a team to re-do the subfloor on 2/6/25. When they were done the subfloor looked so much better and even felt better walking on it. His crew did an amazing job fixing the subfloor and completing the job. This company went above and beyond to make sure things were taken care of properly and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them in the future now. Thank you so much!Keystone Basement Systems and Structural Repair

I hired this company to remove old flooring, put a new subfloor in, and level the room. When the guys arrived that day they said they didnt know anything about leveling the floor and they were only removing the old floor and laying the subfloor. I explained that the gentlemen who came to my house said they would level the subfloor. The ******* on the job said that wasnt part of the job but they could shim the floor for me to help. They did what they could and the floor appeared level. When doing this they removed part of my air vent but then could not reinstall it so I was left to deal with that on my own. Come to find out, the reason it couldnt easily be reinstalled was because they cut the section of the subfloor for the vent in the wrong direction so it no longer fit properly. The guys who did the work that day were very polite, cleaned up, and did what they could to help with leveling the floor. Unfortunately, the floor did not stay level and I had to call my a/c company to have the vent installed properly. I think this company needs to be very clear with what customers are paying for because what was explained to me did not happen and I would not have hired the company if I had known. I could have done the job independently and saved money if I had known they were only going to remove the old floor and put in the subfloor. I wanted a professional company to level the floor and was planning on using them for future projects in the basement but I will no longer be using them or referring them to anybody.Keystone Basement Systems and Structural Repair

The crew that put piers under our house was in a rush, begining to end spending just under 3 days putting in 13 piers on a very deep foundation in **** and rock soil in poor weather; the 14th and 15th piers they were unable to install. There are also two locations where 2 days afterwards the soil had settled several feet bellow it's original level. Both the sides and the back yard were left uneven and entirely covered in raised excavator tread marks. On one side wires that need to be covered were left exposed and wires that need to be exposed were covered. They caused property damage to us and both neighbors on either side of us at a distance well beyond how far we were advised to remove our belongings from the site. It took a week from initial complaints to have the job inspected. It took another week to have Keystone come out to fix one of our neighbor's lawn. This second crew was not instructed in what they were there for; I had to explain it. They had to come back at a later time to do the work. Even then they did not bring grass seed as promised by the project manager and did not fully remove the dirt across our property line or fully flatten the area. My husband and I gave up and are repairing their lawn ourselves. Keystone does not seem to have a system for following up or reparations. Very little was communicated to us throughout this whole process without us initiating communications.Keystone Basement Systems and Structural Repair

Hi Mrs. ****** name is **** English and I am the ** here at Keystone Basement Systems. I apologize if you did not have a great experience with the company. I spoke with my team and they informed me that due to the proximity of the houses and the fact that we needed to dig to fix your foundation, there was no way to avoid disturbing the neighbor's yard. My team did tell me that they applied grass seed along with the hay. I am sorry if this was not done to your standard and I have spoke to my team about making sure they review the work with the customer before completing to make sure we are all on the same page. If there is anything I can help with please reach out to me at ********************************************************************************Review fromStephen H

1 starOverall was not satisfied with the work or the company. The goal was to lift a Concrete pad around the house. The Salesman advised that it would be a simple project and easily can perform the job. After 2 years and multiple visits to only get a minimal change on one portion was not worth the aggravation. Understandable that some things cannot go as planned but the communication is horrible. They do not call you back, they do not show up when scheduled and take forever to get something done. Would not recommend them at all.Review fromNancy H

We had Keystone come to replace a support pole in our garage. Our old pole had rusted out at the bottom, and the probable cause was water draining into a low place in the garage floor at the base of the pole. We were promised by the salesman, ***** ***, that concrete placed around the pole in the hole they were making to remove the old pole and position the new one, would be sloped so that water would no longer accumulate at the bottom of the pole and create future problems. I watched as the last of the concrete was placed and adjusted, and was told by the installer, *** *********, that it was sloped as we had requested, but no level or straight edge was used - he just sort of eyeballed it. I took the installer's word, as he appeared experienced and competent, and understood our needs. However, after the concrete had dried, I poured a pitcher of water at the base of the new pole, and the water did not flow to the garage floor drain, and formed a puddle approximately 1/4" deep around the base of the pole. After multiple calls - 12 days - to each of the Installer and Salesman and the Operations Manager, *********, were not returned, we had someone else come in, who added concrete creating a slope as we had told the Keystone salesmen was needed there, and paid him to fix Keystone's error, costing us about $250. I recommend that anyone having work done should measure the end work before the installer leaves, if that is critical in your installation. So very disappointed in Keystone and not getting a return phone call from anyone to discuss and resolve our issue!Keystone Basement Systems and Structural Repair

The product itself is working. Unfortunately we changed how the sump pump was going to be placed. We were billed for extra service that we did not receive. It took close to three months to receive the refund. Calls were placed and not returned. Only when we threatened to take them to small claims court did they finally send the reimbursement to me. We were unhappy about the level they drilled so hopefully we have no additional problems. They are great when they receive their money but not so great when you have issues with what they did. I would not refer them to anyone due to my experience.Keystone Basement Systems and Structural Repair

1 starThey came in and did everything that they could do so I'd be stuck with paying them, then they told me they couldn't do a major portion of the sump / waterproofing and it wouldn't be warrantied on the side that was the problem in the 1st place. They're overpriced and shady. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.Review fromJackie N
