    I was frustrated with one plumber making me wait 3 weeks with no date set for repairs. So, I went to BBB and found Jeffco. I visited Jeffco's website and submitted a service request. ****, the owner, responded within 24 hours and scheduled a visit to review the work needed to be done - main water shutoff valve and pipes were corroded and 2 toilets needed rebuilt. **** and ******* came to assess and I quickly agreed to the quoted amount. Four days later, they came out to do the repairs. **** was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions as well as performing the repairs to bring the main shutoff valve/pipes up to code. **** was also training ******* the nuances of the job and supervised ******* on one toilet rebuild with **** handling the other toilet rebuild. They also cleaned up the areas and both were polite and friendly. I was very impressed with the professionalism of ****, ****, and *******. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.
