    This company is WILDLY unprofessional and apparently takes pride in shady business practices aimed at taking advantage of young women. On 3/22/24, they showed up and took a look at the sectional they were quoting removal for and said $300 minimum. I told them they could leave at that price and they tried to negotiate with me and kept stalling, asking "Well how much did you think it would be?" etc etc despite telling them that the conversation was over and they were to leave. When given a reasonable price, they balked at it and said that sectional removal starts at $300. Rather than give an overview of cost publicly or on the phone ahead of time, they show up trying to swindle people in the heat of the moment with a truck outside waiting. Once told again to leave, the two men tried to take the television. They were INSISTENT upon them buying it before they left... what?! Absolutely unbelievable and incredibly disgusting. Stay far, far away from these corrupt con men.

    Re: order ********  I had a pickup 11.11.23. The below is what I sent to the company on 11.12. Since then both the franchise owner has called and said he is unwilling to right the wrong and corporate customer service said they cannot assist as it’s a franchise issue. I am hoping this will assist in helping me be reimbursed the money that was essentially stolen from me through deception / I also have the whole transaction on security footage to you can see they told me I would “save $100” and then I did not. First the pickup men were lovely. They did a great job. However, my job was for one “regular tv” quoted at $99 + $59 e-waste fee and one small tv (I didn’t see what the price for that was bc I didn’t have a chance to look at the sheet that was shown to me long enough but he did say he could just not charge me for it bc it was so small and I’d just pay the second $59 disposal e-waste fee). I also had the $47 Black Friday discount code from the site. So I expected to pay: 99 + 59 + 59 = 217 - 47 discount = $170 That’s also what was quoted to me on the phone when booking. As they were leaving they told me if I added on some other junk they could charge me differently and I’d save $100. I had nothing else to dispose of but they kept telling me I’d save money so i looked at my garage and said the recycling cardboard boxes and an old trash can was all I had that I didn’t need. I could have easily left them at the curb for regular pickup. Did not need to dispose of them but to save the money, why not? Somehow though I ended up paying significantly more. It all happened so quickly and I was being told I saved $100 so believed them, but when my receipt email came it confirmed what I was feeling - I overpaid unwillingly. Can you please refund me the overpayment amount?
