They did not pick up my dad's garbage from this passed Thursday. He had it out before 0830. I reached out and was told it will be picked up. ******* is still by the road. They cashed his check, but refuse to provide service. I'm worried this is a scam that targets senior citizens

    Business Response

    Date: 01/31/2025

    Hello,

We are sorry if this may have caused any inconvenience to your father. Unfortunately, we strive to continue to keep prices low along with keeping our customers satisfied. We did send out a letter to your father towards the end of the year stating that the route times will be changing and in order to continue to streamline services, the trash is to be placed curbside the night prior to the trash pick-up day. Unfortunately, when the truck went through on your fathers designated trash pickup day, your fathers' trash was not out. Once you had reached out to us, we advised to place the trash out the night before as they come very early in the morning, and someone would be out to pick it up. Your fathers Trash was picked up the next business day after you reached out to us. Despite our efforts, we personally hand delivered a refund check to your father at his residence the same day the trash was picked up.  Your father was a customer of ours for two and half years and to say you felt our company is scamming and targeting senior citizens was inappropriate and most importantly, false. Again, we apologize to your father.

    thank you Kindly,
