    Fast Legal Filing (FLF)'s website says they will "draft a custom Demand Letter" for $59.99. I paid the fee but had to write almost all of the letter myself, and their "final" draft was full of mistakes: spelling, punctuation, grammar, missing or duplicated words, etc. It took me 2 weeks and 7 follow-*** to correct 26 errors they made, and they repeatedly failed to correct mistakes after I pointed them out. I even had to explain how to put a period at the end of every sentence and a space after every period, put a space between every word, put a period after a salutation, add a comma to a dollar amount in the thousands (not "$1000"), use an apostrophe to denote possession (not "*************** deposit"), and use the right number (not "I has").Since I paid this company to write a professional letter in the first place, I requested a refund through their website. I got an autoreply ("Thank you for contacting us, we will get back to you shortly.") but never heard back. A week later, I said I'd dispute the charge if I didn't hear back. I got the same automatic reply but nothing else. So I disputed it. When PayPal contacted FLF ("Seller: ************* LLC"), I got duplicate emails from FLF ("**************, Coordinator") saying the dispute was "for no reason" and "we will counter-dispute you," which sounds like threatening retribution.PayPal closed the case in my favor and refunded me. FLF failed to provide the advertised service or meet basic standards of English, and it took much longer, cost more, and resulted in a poorer quality product than if I had done it myself (which I basically did). The company also failed to respond to multiple refund requests and threatened me when I escalated the issue. One of the worst companies I've ever encountered.
