Pink Frog Interactive is a boutique design consultancy that provides customer experience design for public services. We specialize in making complex processes, interactions and information clear. Pink Frog follows a human-centered design process and uses principles and techniques derived from cognitive science, psychology and anthropology to design and test interfaces in order to make them useful, usable and desirable.
For example, we screened and interviewed hundreds of our client’s customers across the globe to find out what constitutes an exceptional customer experience, define the customer journey, rank the importance of each touchpoint and provide actionable insight for a company roadmap.
We also shadowed in-home nurse practitioners in the field in Jacksonville, Mississippi in order to redesign an application to order medical supplies.
