    Innovative Remodeling Concepts added a room in my garage 2/22. I was happy with their work. They always responded quickly to my calls. Gave them a great BBB review. In 1/24 I had a water line in the room freeze. They came out and inspected. I showed them photos I took during construction that indicated that the way the lines were routed would make them susceptible to freezing. They didnt get back to me with plans to fix the problem. It froze again 1/2/25. They have not returned the numerous messages I have left with them since then. I want them to fix the problem so the water lines they installed in the room they added dont freeze.

    Thank you for taking the time to reach out.  Upon receipt of knowledge, we reached out immediately and have made arrangements to work with the homeowner in doing additional work although we did nothing wrong, and followed the homeowners drawing and scope of work and the homeowners were completely happy and satisfied with the work done it was not until 2-3 years LATER that there was some freezing due to the inclement and unusually cold weather conditions. 
    We have agreed to perform additional services .  We also have acknowledged and made certain that our work was done in accordance with our contract and both parties were satisfied in fact, homeowner even wrote a very positive review of our company and work.
