They came and put a new roof on our house yesterday. They were absolutely amazing to work with from first outreach on. Their crew was super fast and efficient and had our entire roof put on in one day. My husband and I will absolutely be using them again for future work on the exterior of our home. Their prices are also very reasonable as well. Thanks guys you are amazing people ?? **** and *******************

I had a new roof installed with new gutters in November out in Westland. The materials, dumpster, and the crew showed up in a early to make sure this was completed with as much sunlight needed. The communication with the company was to the T. Informed us when we needed to move our vehicles and asked where we would like the materials placed. The crew had my old shingles removed by noon and my roof was fully completed not to long after. The clean up afterwards was also done with the quickness, yet professionally. This company goes above and beyond to ensure that all is done correctly. I enjoyed the most how much communication was going on before, during, and after the project was complete. The pricing was great, the crew was amazing and my new roof has been doing justice since. I would highly recommend going with this company. Not too mention that they are family owned and veteran owned. That hit the heart right there as my family is also former military. Thank you Tri-Link for all of your services.

I think it may have been one of the first customers for this company when they started. The tear down an installation of my new roof was quick and well documented with a drone video. I had called them back about all of the nails/debris that was left around my property and in bushes, downspouts/gutters that were not attached properly, snowbirds missing over the sidewalk of the metal portion of the roof, and the fact that the holes cut in the gutters for the downspouts had ragged sharp edges. My grandson and I tighten all the screws to attach the gutters along the entire front of my house. We detached and reinstalled one of the downspouts on the corner of my house. They did come back and repair the ridge vent which was installed in one section with a different kind of material than the rest of the roof, replaced the small gutter on the side porch so that the downspout was on the outside of the building instead of in the corner between the porch and the house, repaired the slope of the entire gutter so that it drained to the end where the downspouts were instead of hanging down in the middle and installed the snowbirds. I found debris and nails in my property for almost a year afterwards. I recently noticed the caps on the end of the gutters were leaking as the snow melted. I will have to put gutter seal on everything this year. The entire problem of my roof leaking was actually my chimney. I had called them back and got a quote from one of their employees to repair the chimney for quite a bit more money than other quotes. (The owner had said that he would subcontract the work out to this man instead of the company doing the work.) I had the chimney torn out as it was unused for very little money and the patch repaired with the leftover shingles that I had them leave here.

This customer only voiced an issue with the chimney. Tri Link was unaware of any of the other issues that are listed here. Upon inspection of the chimney it was determined that the leak was not from the roof, but from missing mortar joints. This is the reason that this customer had the chimney removed.

My husband decide to go with this company due to the fact the man who came out to give the quote was polite and took the time to answer his questions.I however didn't have a good experience with the owner. At the completation of the job there was ALOT of materials left over and the company came and took them. I was concerned that I may have been charged for these materials. The owner called and left me a voice message and sent me a text that stated "This is directly above where you signed the contract. Please call ******* for final payment." The contract he texted did not have my signature. I never signed a contract with this company. The company did send a company of the contract with the quote but there was no signatures. He was rude, spent the entire call yelling at me and didn't explain anything to me he just told me they did the work and I needed to pay by 4 o'clock today, the contract that he referred to stated I had 30 days to pay in full. I had a friend in my car with me while having the conversation with *** the owner and when they realized he was the owner he was shocked at the way I was treated and spoke to by this man. I felt threatened and disrespected by this man. At no point did I say I was not going to pay the bill in full I just wanted to understand if I was being charged for extra material. I reached out to a contractor that had been doing work in our neighbor and had given us a quote for our roof but could not get our roof done as quickly as tri link could. He also told me that he left materials at the homeowners home when he completed jobs. I honestly still feel that we pay for material that was not used on our house but I was told that they order an extra 10 % materials so that they would have it if needed but I was not charged for it. Still seems weird but after being yelled at, called a liar and hung up on by the owner I paid the balance and decided to leave reviews so no one else gets treated like this from this man.

In an effort to keep work flow moving on projects, excess materials are ordered to make up for the possibility of waste, etc. Customers are not charged for these materials, the contract price is determined on the size of the project (SQ footage) not the amount of materials ultimately ordered, and is sent far in advance of the project start date, not to proceed until customer has made final approval. This is an invalid review.

***'s team removed the old shingles and installed a new roof on our home. It looks amazing. Their *********-up was exceptional. We were so impressed with their work ethic and communication that we also hired them to replace a roof on a Victorian home we have as rental property. I highly recommend TRI-LINK contracting services for quality and value and would like to nominate them for the **** BBB Torch Award.
