    While traveling in my ** I had trouble rolling in my awning on the camper. I took the ** to Jones **.Two techs worked on the ** for 1.5 hours. The result was they told me the awning motor was bad and a switch inside the camper was also bad. They charged me $286.20 for this sage advice.On their advice I purchased a $741 awning motor. Upon returning home my mechanic tested the original motor and the switch and determined that there was nothing wrong with either one but that the battery on the remote controller was weak. Couldn't Jones ** have tested the motor before spending an hour and a half and giving me bad advice. I ended up paying my home mechanic to adjust the settings and roll in the awning that they unfurled which I had to travel home with totally unrolled across 3 states to get home. I am totally unhappy with the service because I believe it to be incompetence that they did not test the original motor by putting an electric current to it. I also believe the hour and a half service time by 2 techs served no purpose because they did not have knowledge to do what was necessary.I think they overcharged for unnecessary labor because they knew I was from out of state and would not return. If it were possible to give less than one star, I would.
