  They take your money and act like your account wasnt secure. I find it funny I had ******** for a while and when I interacted with it my money was stolen!! They are always locking and investigating your account!!! Even after you upload your id. I only got the run around and never got my funds back. Now Im have a hard time closing my account!!! This is the worst experience ever never again!!! And Ill never recommend them to anyone!!! My advice dont try ********!!! Protect your money!!!

  ******** is company taking your money locks your account and wont give you money back after the account is locked they keep you in the phone for over 30 min interjecting back and forth to not give you a refund. Then you have to go online again giving more information so called that they cant give you the money. Its a scam and they dont let you talk and they give a case number and its all for nothing. To seeing you along to keep paying the ***** subscription even if your account is locked since June of 24 they have talked my money and will. Or refund me the money After your on hold waiting they want you to give up and not pursue the refund and just cancel the subscription

  If I could leave negative stars I would. I've never been so frustrated with a costumer service group ever. First of all, trying to contact a real human is so hidden and ridiculously hard to find on their web pages. Just constant redirecting to the same 2 pages. No number or email address to ask for support in plane sight anywhere on their page. Only after digging deep through all the links and trying every attempt to contact someone alive was I able to find a number that then explained how to have someone from ******** call me.Second, I spent 2 and a half hours talking to someone to change my address from the states (which I've never lived in) to my current address in ******. After sending 3 different bills as well as a bank statement and my ID too, all with my addresses, they tell me they still cant seem to verify my location, even after repeating back to me where I live. This call ends while I'm left on hold and suddenly a survey of my experience pops up. It even asked if my problem was resolved. It wasn't because she just hung up. At the beginning she told me (as did the next lady who helped me too) that if the phone ever got disconnected while we were talking that she would call back the same number within 5 minutes. Did not happen.Third, I call them back and talk to someone new for another hour, only to have her tell me they're just going to cancel my account so I can make a new one with the correct address this time. When it gets to the phone number part, my phone won't work because their system thinks it's a VOIP (voice over internet protocol) phone number. It has a SIM card so I don't know what the problem is. What I do know is that I spent more then 4 hours trying my absolute best to give these people my money, but that will never happen now. I hope nobody else chooses this group

  I would give them zero stars but I can't. They take your money and then they hold it there for 7 days because they only charge a $4 fee. All the other ways of getting money over there is a $30 fee but it's only a day or two to get your money back. No, they hold up for 7 days and they don't let you get your money. They don't let you close your account. They don't let you do much of anything except for trade within their own app. It's stupid, it's dumb and I think it's illegal in my book so I will never do business with them ever again
