Placed an order on Dec 18, 2023 for the black belt certification training plus the Six Sigma training book with shipping. Contacted the company on Dec 28 to see where my book was. I was told the book would arrive Jan 4-15, but no other details on who was shipping it or a tracking number. Book never arrived by Jan 15. The company claims they ordered the book via Amazon and shipped it that way. Not only did they lie about where the book came from but overcharged for shipping. I requested a refund of the book and filed a dispute. The company in turn revoked my access to the certification training and refuses to refund me my money for the book I never received or allow access to the certification training that I purchased. I am told that the course work I did complete is invalid. I want a full refund at this time since I never got the book and now I can't have access to the courses I did purchase.

    Hello,

The attached email screenshot, sent to the student at 2:18pm EST on January 17th shows the last communication sent to the student. We are willing to refund the cost of the book and shipping if they would respond to our communication. Once the student revokes their dispute on their credit card, we can refund the cost of the book and shipping to their credit card and restore access to their certification course.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

My account never should had been revoked in the first place over the dispute of the missing text book. I ONLY disputed the book plus shipping and instead they completely revoked all access. They can respond to the dispute with Chase as I do not trust them to refund me my money.

    Regards,

I purchased the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from their website www.sixsigmaonline.com for $499.00 on 3/31/23. After receiving a certificate that looked like my 5th grader created it in Microsoft Paint and turning it in to my manager at a Fortune 100 aerospace company, I was told that this was not an accredited institution per their standards. Nor did they have any sort of green belt or black belt project to prove I even learned the subject material. This is just a certificate mill. As a credit card consumer who was unsatisfied with their purchase, I proceeded to charge back on my Apple Card. This company vehemently fought back against my charge back and had it reversed on 6/30/23, to which I had to contact Apple in order to immediately re-instate the charge back and re-investigate. This company had revoked my access to their website and revoked my "certificate" long before fighting the chargeback. I hope that they lawfully end the dispute and simply refund the money as they have revoked what little service was even rendered to me in the first place and I continue to be unsatisfied with their product and the way they do business.

They advertise a certain shape of their certificate so I enrolled in a Lean six sigma black belt program I paid 500 us dollars for them They changed their certificate shape to a new one without updating that information during my enrollment with their admit by mail I don't want to be certified with that new shape it will affect me badly in my country They use their terms and conditions in their refund policy that they don't refund any money after issuing any certificate I had to own the first certificate ( lean six sigma white belt ) to see the change they made so there is a contradiction here I tried to negotiate a refund but they refused
